My daughter and I had a very unpleasant experience at the Chipotle location in Valley Center. When I ordered, some of the brown rice in my bowl was extremely hard to chew, causing discomfort and even hurting my teeth. It seemed like the rice had been left exposed to air for too long, causing it to become dehydrated and significantly smaller than the rest. Initially, I tried to overlook it, but as I continued to encounter rock-hard pieces, I couldn't ignore it any longer.I went to report the issue, but unfortunately, no one apologized or offered to replace my meal. I returned to my seat, hoping it was an isolated incident, but unfortunately, it happened again. At that point, I approached the counter to request a replacement for my bowl, which I had only eaten a small portion of. However, instead of understanding and helpful service, the manager (whom I later learned was the manager named Nick) displayed impatience and attitude towards me.Feeling frustrated and upset, I declined his service, disposed of my food, and requested his name and the customer service number before leaving. This experience left me extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the level of service provided.In addition to the unpleasant experience with the food and service quality, we were frustrated by several other factors. Firstly, the employee serving customers in front of us appeared disinterested and had a sour expression, which made us feel she wasn't the one who served us. Furthermore, we noticed that the tables were dirty, requiring us to clean them ourselves before placing our food down. These additional issues only added to our dissatisfaction with the overall experience.

It's chipotle, you really can't go wrong. The only problem is that it is right next to a hospital so from time to time it gets slightly crowded.Vegetarian options: There is rice and grilled veggies and lettuce. No vegetarian protein though.

Ordered delivery sevice... Not one order was correct. Very very disappointed with the food. Chips were stale.. I ordered Carne asada burrito no bean no rice add queso lettuce Pico veggies and cheese... got chicken beans and veggies. Not 1 order was correct that we recieved... I don't understand how people can be so lazy. It ruined our lunch and will never go to this location again...

Complete incompetence. I ordered a sofrita burrito with veggies and no rice. I got a chicken burrito with rice and cheese. There is no way to call and speak with a human being and the app is worthless so I get to finish my 12 hour shift with no food. DO NOT go here unless you physically inspect each item in your order. There is zero customer service or anyway to resolve any issues.

This location is dramatically below corporate standards. Easily the worst one I’ve been to. Not clean, unfriendly staff who were amazingly slow. I can only imagine the local management sets a culture where this is acceptable.
Lmao I’m locked outside because the patio door wasn’t unlocked, there are no napkins, no forks, no spoons, no ice in the ice machine, and they’re completely out of all of their lemonades… did someone rob this place?

They add almost no chicken to their Doordash orders. This has happened to me multiple times. The food is great when I order ahead (on the app) but when I doordash from the app they add less than a handful of chicken. No idea why this is. I love this place, but doordash is already expensive as it is, so spending money on a glorified rice bowl is unacceptable

DO NOT go to this Chipotle location. We were treated absolutely horrible by an employee. I asked for white rice not realizing the bucket was empty. I asked if any more was coming out soon and I'd be willing to wait. No response. She just walked away and came back with a tony helping of rice that didn't have cilantro. Next I asked for black beans and the same lady spooned only the liquid covering my rice. Not a single bean came with it. She did it a second time. Again only liquid. As she reached to scoop a third time I said excuse me but it doesn't seem that any beans are left can you please check if more are coming out soon. She stared right into my face and scooped another helping of bean juice onto my rice and never said a single word. I love Chipotle and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. My only regret is not standing up for myself and walking out right then and there. Now I'm left with a disgustingly wet dinner and still no beans.

Food is chipotle which is fine, but service and atmosphere terrible. Slow service, inaccurate order taking, and you can tell every line employee doesn't want to be there. Go to a different chipotle if you have the option.
