Come on, you guys. I don’t even know how many times I’ve eaten at Chipotle, but this was the singular worst experience ever. I ordered two bowls on the app for pickup. 1 bowl requested no cheese due to a lactose intolerance, which you added, yet missed adding four additional items completely, including guac (extra fee). Second bowl requested no corn, which you added. So I paid extra for an item I didn’t receive and tipped on top of that. Skip this location and visit another one until they straighten things out.

went in on a busy fundraiser night on 10/30. I expected line to be long and store busy. They run out of items and the crew was doing their best but they couldn't keep up. The manager lady was rude and yelling at them for all of us to hear. My husband and I sat down to eat and just watched how she mistreated the employees and customers that were complaining about the wait time. She has no business being a manager! Absolutely rude and unprofessional.
no way this is how much i got. most of the bowl was literally lettuce
Went inside today for 2 to-go lunches.
The good: Food is consistently excellent, hot and well prepared. Had to keep asking for a more normal portion size, though.
The ugly: Not sure why they felt the need to make the inside sound like an incredibly loud night club as the noise level at 1100 on September 20th was ear splitting! My ears are still ringing two hours later. If you need a Chipotle fix I recommend you use the drive through only or go to another Chipotle.

My husband & I recently started going to this location when school started at grossmont. The first time I had asked for limes and the girl said they only had whole uncut limes, I asked her if it was possible to get one cut she said no. I moved on didnt think about it.
The past two times I went this older lady im assuming her name is Koral by my receipt has been the one making the food, she is SUPER SKIMPY with the portions. I have told her I dont mind oaying extra because I like my chipotle. She LITERALLY doesn't even give you whole scoops and when you ask for double scoops she gives you half scoops to equal one and charges you as double. Like be for freaking real. My husband who never ever complains about anything even brought it up. What needs to be done or said to get what we ask for. AGAIN, I dont mind paying extra ,chipotle even encourages us to ask for extra. Who do I have to talk to about this? Im not trying to be a Karen but literally, I pay for my food, I should ATLEAST be getting what I pay for the other locations in santee & el cajon have not been like this.

I have never in my life wanted to write such a bad review till now. I was getting a taco and the person making my taco was adding a pea sized amounts with everything I was putting. This Mexican old lady was like next time I have to charge you for 2 tacos instead of one like???? Am I asking for an extra tortilla am I asking for extra chicken NO. I was getting LITERALLY PEA SIZED AMOUNTS WITH EVERYTHING, than at the end I ask for a vinaigrette on the side and she tells me that she needs to charge me next time, hunny there’s no next time😂😂😂 I have never in my life gotten charged for the vinaigrette, who hired her??? Seriously lol never coming back here in my life again. Learn how to respect and treat customers right.

I usually like chipotle. The lady here is pretty stingy though. Didn’t want to give me sour cream on the side. Challenging to put the trash in the full bin with a tiny opening.

I knew about the small portion sizes that have been reported here when I met a friend for lunch, and unfortunately, they are true. Smallest protein portion at any Chipotle I've ever had. I gave 3 stars because the workers were nice and the place wasn't busy at all during lunchtime. I wonder why??

BEWARE ⚠️ TURN AWAY 🚫
What would be a nice Sunday lunch was an unpleasant meal. Should've believed everyone's reviews, but wanted to give them a chance. The rumors are true: rude customer service, small portions, overcooked food.
⚠️Take my word, spend your money elsewhere ⚠️

It's a very convenient location as it is close to my house. I have been here many times since it opened. They don't seem to skimp on the rice or veggies, meat is a standard scoop so if you want more meat, just ask for a double serving. Pretty standard place and the place is is clean and the employees I've encountered have always been cheerful.

Really bad service
Very skimpy on portions
By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a Chipotle location. The entire place needs a clean sweep of personal including the management. Never coming to this location again.

I had problems with another location closer to my home, so I gave this location a try instead. I have eaten from this location about 6 times now, and I have only used the drive thru pick up, I have never gone inside. The staff at the window have been friendly and pleasant so much that it was surprising at first. No trace of grumpiness. My order has been correct every time, which is the exact opposite of what I could say about the nearby Taco Bell. One time, the portion did seem a little skimpy, but every other time it was filled to the brim. Hence 4 out of 5 stars for food, 5 stars for service.
