I’m usually very critical of chipotle’s, but this location is clean, has friendly staff, and the best prepared food of any location I’ve been to. I’ll drive out of my way from PB to come here

The female behind the counter incorrectly assumed that my companion and I were on a date and put both of our meals on my ticket. When I mentioned it to her jokingly, they laughed and said 'she's the boss' and didn't split the ticket up. Of course this is a friend so I didn't want to make a bigger deal out of it, but I didn't plan on spending $10 eating out for lunch, let alone the $30 it cost me. I'll be calling them in the morning to complain.Wheelchair accessibility: They are wheelchair accessible. No stairs or steps and the line seemed plenty wide enough.

I'm done with Chipotle... I don't understand why it is so hard to serve proper portions... I know that there is a limit on how much you can get but there should be a limit also on how little you can get. I HAVE to ask for double rice and beans ALL the time and then don't even get me started on the protein portions. Chipotle is a huge rip-off because they will never get their portions figured out. The fat manager skimped me out and literally served me little to no meat. I opened my bowl to look for the meat that never was and there was less meat than ever. Then he tried to hide the ridiculously low amount of meat he put with fake generosity by adding a bunch of fajita peppers. Chipotle sucks now and im never going back. Id rather go to Colimas! I'm a grown man and you're out here serving mini portions! Time to update your whole system and hope everyone wakes up to this madness.

The portions, the workers, the atmosphere. Everyone here is so lovely and kindhearted giving such a respectable attitude and carefully preparing the food. I always found reviews like this for fast food places quite silly, but really! The portion sizes, quickness, and carefulness speaks miles. I was having such a hard day and went to get food, and it was immediately better. Id also like to point out the lady with blonde hair and cool moon and star earrings who works at the check out. So sweet, welcoming and professional. It’s sometimes an anxious feeling to get good alone, and the blonde lady on the front had such a great atmosphere and work ethic. Hope she succeeds and Give this place buisness!!

All the high school and college students that work here are stoned out of their minds and you can definitely tell because of how bloodshot their eyes are. Last time I went, I don’t think they even knew I was there and just thought that a ghost was telling them to make an order. I ordered a burrito and the person making my order started putting everything in a bowl, and they included an entire lettuce core with my vegetables. When I reminded them that this was a burrito, they crumpled up a tortilla and put it on top of the bowl. When I went to pay for the order, the person at the register asked me “I’m sorry, which order is yours?” as if there was anyone else in line at the moment. 5 stars for the comedy show, but 0 stars for the service and food.

There is no easily visible sign out front anymore and the parking is limited but they were attentive and helpful and the food is good.Vegetarian options: Limited to fake meat and an mixture of green peppers and onions and lettuce

I wanted to leave this review because I had a GREAT experience. I have been to this location a few times and honestly I have a positive experience every time. Pretty rare for a Chipotle. Tonight, the gentleman preparing our order was very kind and paid extra attention to the details. He took out some of the grisly pieces in my carnitas-- most people would just leave it. It made a difference for me. He is also really good at getting the guacamole to be evenly distributed in the burritos! Keep it up Hillcrest, we really appreciate your friendly service and value for quality.
