I was just there 30 minutes ago. I asked the guys twice if he put everything on the bowls i asked for, and when I opened the 3 bowls at home, that was the lettuce on top, more than half of the ingredients were missing. Terrible experience and rude staff they should be fired!

The workers know nothing about hospitality nor service. They act like they don’t want to be there… I expect at least a certain level of competency and pride in their work/food they serve.
Honestly this is the worst chipotle restaurant I ever been to first of all It started with the portions they give u very small which is pointless to tell them something they just doing their job but what I did notice was the guac it was literally black already and according to them they make freshly every day I got there at 10:38am. For sure was left overs from the day before anyways I ask for tortilla chips only avoided the guac but when I eat the chips were very stale very chewy I swear I wanted to go back but I’m driving a bobtail truck and is hard to get in the shopping center.

Got VERY sick from this chipotle, please beware! Not my usual chipotle I go to, but stopped by on the way to pick someone up at the airport. Was a bit hesitant when I saw how dirty the counters surrounding the food were. Lo and behold, got very sick for 3 days after eating it.

Perhaps the worst place on earth to get food. I ordered 1 chicken and 1 pork burrito on the mobile app. Waited 40mins for order to get ready. Got the food home and realized I got scammed as the burritos both got no meat in them.

The food is tasty. Service varies by who's working - worse post pandemic. Dining area is never clean. FYI the brisket costs more but they won't tell you until after you've paid. Shady at best.

The food here is good, I noticed the manager onsite with the glasses speaks poorly of other customers for the second time I’ve dined in here.
Waited 30min past mobile order pickup time. Order still not ready. Many walkins came in & were served during this time. Tried to cancel order in app but it just kept crashing. Asked manager to cancel & refund order. She told me I hafto call Chipotle. There is no phone# to call them in app or website. App chatbot just says it can’t help & wont let me talk to a person. Awful service. Go somewhere else.

Just went to this location for takeout. Got almost finished eating and found plastic in the rice. It looks like a corner of a plastic bag. It blended in with sour cream. I didn’t know it was there until I started chewing on something that felt odd. GROSS!!!!!! 🤮 #dangerous MAJOR health violation!!!!

Got my burrito that thing was more of a circle than a normal burrito length and was wrapped so loose then the first 2 bites tasted like the chipotle I know and love after this the burrito was divided into only chicken and only rice with no other of my toppings I pray you have a better experience after my burrito I was sad at the quality of wrap and walked home with my head down
