They have one guy working the register and he is replacing the gloves he uses every 2 seconds. I mean thanks for being sanitary but the line is out of the door.

Really disappointed with the service at this Chipotle. There were around 10–15 people in line, and only one person working the counter. The wait was painfully slow, and it felt like the staff was completely overwhelmed. I get that things can get busy, but having only one person serving during a rush is just bad management. Hope they fix this soon because the food isn’t worth the frustration.

Slowest online order experience I’ve ever had at a chipotle. After a half an hour they inform me they can’t actually make my bowl. After going back and forth with their support for another half an hour, they agreed to refund me.

I’ve never felt compelled to leave a review for a restaurant (let alone a chain establishment), but this location’s service is so bad I have to one star it. If not seen by the location’s management team, hopefully a couple consumers will and save themselves 45 - a hour of standing in line for literally no reason.

TL;DR - one star adjustment. 3.7/5 is 3.7 points too high

C’mon chipotle!

This chicken bowl I ordered was maybe 10% chicken and 80% rice.

For a corporate establishment you should be held to higher standards. This place is so incredibly inconsistent.

Just spent almost $15 for a rice bowl. Feels like I got robbed…

I've been here before but tonight they were late making my order, when they finally did they were missing half the ingredients, I asked to cancel my order. They told me they couldn't refund me, I would have to contact support. I then messaged a chatbot that couldn't help me. The assistant GM then tried to find the Chipotle 800 number, and when he finally did we called them and they were closed. So I paid $22 for nothing. Why would I come back here?

ALL the foods were cross contaminated. It literally looked like a food fight happened between the two workers at the front.. I'm sad for the franchise owner...

They need to clean this place and not have 5 people there and only one person working the line. My food also tasted off, and I couldn't even finish what I ordered. Not claiming those working but the lack or management.

I hate writing bad reviews but this is deserved after similar experiences during my last two visits. Walked in at 9:00 on a Friday (It closes at 11), and there seemed to be a lot of workers there. It wasn’t very busy and I walked right up to the counter to order. The chicken, beef and veggies were completely out and the worker commented “sorry we’re out of everything,” with no extras made or ready to replace and the line building behind me. After scraping the bottom of the chicken pan to barely fill a bowl, they finally asked another worker to make more chicken. Food prep line was filthy with food everywhere on the counter. About 50 napkins were on the ground right outside the front door. The lack of pride in the appearance and approach was really disappointing at what was once a chill place to grab a quick bite.

Sunny Skies

This place looked like it was hit by a hurricane when came to pick up our food. I have never seen a Chipotle in such disarray. The food was only okay, the chips were cold and chewy, and many of the selections were unavailable for our bowls.
The store was dirty, messy, and one girl was working the entire line.

This location has renewed my faith in Chipotle. Freindly staff, great food with no skimping. It's also clean tidy. They are never out of ingredients in the middle of the day or durring a rush.
