Portions, missing items, trying to make you pay for things that you did not order, making mistakes and not apologizing. There is something like that happening time that I go there so I stopped going. I just go once a month and order online so I don’t have to talk with staff. Today there was a BOGO and right before I was about to pay I realized they did not apply it, they were running out of veggies so they told me I must have it on side for burritos instead of offering me to wait 5 mns… other than the food quality that is good they are really disorganized scammy people, it’s a mystery how the management turn random people into that ! It’s pretty common at a lot of chipotle when all other fast food employees are generally pretty nice

Pretty bad experience, me and my wife went there cause we were hungry after a long day and it was an hour before closing and they already didn’t have any rice and said they only had chicken and stake but right after he poured out meat they brought carnitas, pretty bad service and really low amount of food for $26. In my opinion they should still have food 1 hour before closing the place, also the personnel looked like they just wanted to get off already bad customer service

Staff was extremely rude , made mistakes on my order and was hesitant to fix them when I pointed it out, and would not answer questions. Somehow just my meat was nearly ice cold when I got home 15 minutes later, is the meat just sitting around not being kept at a safe temperature? Horrible experience, first time at chipotle in 2 years and I regret it.

Super nice staff, large portions of the meat. We ordered double protein and it was actually double protein. Love this place! Also the chips were warm and crispy, limey and salty. Yum!

Not even kidding, probably every other time that I mobile order here the items are wrong. How hard is it to assemble three items with ingredients printed on the labels? Honestly just amazed as you would think a global chain would have decent training processes and oversight in place.
