Chipotle Mexican Grill

My wife recently applied and interviewed at chipotle During the interview, The company said they were hiring. But shortly afterward, she was told they actually weren’t hiring at all. That was frustrating and disappointing.My wife who’s is just trying to rebuild her life, shes doing everything she can to find steady work and support our two daughters. She took the time, spent money on the bus, and showed up ready to prove herself. What really bothered me is this: If a business isn’t actually hiring, they shouldn’t post job ads or hold interviews. It wastes people’s time — especially for those of us who have to take the bus, budget carefully, and make every effort count. A little honesty and respect in the hiring process goes a long way. I’m not writing this to be negative, but to bring awareness. People are trying — people like her and we all deserve to be treated fairly and with dignity.I hope this business and others take that into consideration.

I went and placed a mobile order and it was ready by 9:50pm not one person greeted me and or asked if I was waiting on an order. Just ignored me until I spoke to them regarding my pick up. They then continued to wait 8 min to give me my food that was already ready because I could see the bag she grabbed before she gave it to me and it was done a while ago. It was so belittling I tried to have patience because maybe they were having a bad day but if you don’t like your job then don’t work there because it’s not fair for you to reciprocate that energy to the guests you are attending which is the reason you have the job to begin with.

I came here on Friday around 6:45pm and the food was great I recommend ordering your food on the app and picking it up because the line to order was pretty long when I got there but overall everything was great:)

Very busy, crowded in the afternoon. Even though the line was wrapped around to the door service was still rather quick.

I really don’t comprehend why they think it’s necessary to put an aluminum foil wrapped burrito in a giant paper bag. If you’re getting carry-out decline the bag (unless you need it). Save the environment and all that jazz? :)

I ordered the chips and salsa but the salsa wasn't really salsa, it was literally just chopped up veggies that you'd normally have in salsa but with the sauce so I was disappointed but other than that everything else was absolutely delicious and would recommend.

Not the best chipotle location I have been to. On the day I visited the service was slow. The place felt grubby. There was a problem with my payment on their end and they asked me to insert my card again. I found out that I’ve been charged for two transactions and had to dispute with my bank. This is not a location that I would ever go back to again or recommendsimply because of this.

the chips here were stale and had very little or no salt! otherwise it was about what you usually get at Chipotle! which is to say solid.

Ordered uber eats and the uber driver showed up with a bag that had my name. It was the completely wrong order someone just wrote my name on bag and went with it. Whoever is in charge of this keeps messing up orders

I eat here almost every day. Most of the employees know I’m a regular and treat me very well. Manager Juana is always working hard and provides quick and fast service. Steven and the cooks are always smiling working hard along with the girls in the front serving food ! Love the environment and I appreciate the employees constantly working hard to keep the restaurant clean and operational ! Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed! Glad to spend my money here. Keep providing exceptional service guys and thanks for always treating me amazing ! 5 stars all the way!

Chipotle has been my favorite for years and years, but recently I swear they’re always out of something. I’ve tried going to different ones, sometimes even on the same day, but it doesn’t matter. They’re always out of steak or guac, sometimes sour cream or cheese. They’re all consistently unprepared. Idk if I blame the individual chipotles or corporate for giving the wrong details to save money, but it’s no good. Luckily I keep finding more and more bowl and burrito places to satisfy my needs.

I was having a really bad day and my rewards did not go through on my mobile order. I was flustered and the staff helped me get my free drink very kindly and patiently. Thank you guys for helping to improve my day
