While ording the food the servers were confused on what to put in the burritos, i bought 2 of the same and they charged for 2 different types. The recipe said we ordered extra steak when we didn't ask for extra, and add guacamole to the recipe but we didn't ask for it and didn't see them put any on.
I believe what led to this was the servers confused with each other on what to do next. The servers should be in charge of their own station and that one should ask what i wanted instead of the previous one telling the other server what to put on, and to ask for clarification questions for things that will lead it becoming more expensive.
I came in looking to spend 36$, came out and spent 46$ for 2 burritos and 2 cokes instead.

A bit pricey, but one burrito could feed two people. It was quick. Its kind of like a burrito assembly line where you can customize every step.

I hadn’t been to Chipotle in a few years due to a couple of past bad experiences, but my recent visit to the Chipotle on Camino De La Reina completely changed my mind. The food was incredibly fresh, and the chicken practically melted in my mouth. The staff were excellent—friendly, efficient, and they kept the line moving quickly. Truly an outstanding experience.

Lines can get long when you’re there at certain times but it moves fast.
This Chipotle completely botched my order, twice. I let the first time slide but this time I couldn't. I asked for no beans and steak and got beans and no steak.
They barely gave me extra beef and charged me 5.17$ on top of my bowl and charged me 17.80$ in these hard times. I am unhappy with Chipotle stingy behavior. Shame!

I just got home from this chipotle store. I ordered 2 burrito bowls one chicken and one beef barbacoa, not only did they forget the meat for the beef barbacoa bowl but I had to wait 25 mins after my pick up time for guacamole. I tried to get a hold of the store but the automated message wouldn’t connect me to a manager without me saying a reason and if I said the reason it would send me to customer support. I connect with customer support just for her to tell me I have to call the store and there’s nothing she can do.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with Chipotle and that’s saying something. I placed two large delivery orders (one for $370.97 and another for $132.65) to feed 17 teenage soccer players.
Only one order was ever delivered, even though both Chipotle and DoorDash insisted everything had arrived. They even used the same delivery photo for both orders—no receipts visible, and clearly only one drop-off.
When I tried calling the store, their automated system made it impossible to reach a human being. No one from the store or delivery team took accountability. To get food for the boys, I had to reorder everything myself, adding another hour of waiting.
When the second round of food finally showed up, it was crammed into one small bag, missing multiple items, and the receipt said “1 of 1 bag” meaning the store didn’t even package the full order correctly.
For a restaurant that regularly handles large online orders, this was a complete operational failure. Poor communication, poor fulfillment, and zero customer service follow-up.

I got lost finding this chipotle cause the app location is different from the google maps one. They gave my order away and had to remake it. My name is really unique, theres no way someone could of guessed it. I placed my mobile order at 10:10 and didn't get it till 10:38. Food was really good. I think they were just rushing to go home.

The staff at this Chipotle is very attentive, friendly and nice and the portions are generous.
