my bowl was mega good, right amount of everything. but those chips man, the chips are what bring the whole bowl together with there salty crunch component. but there was no crunch in my chips, none to be found with every bite i took. these chips were soggy and stale to the point where my tooth coulda fallen off. i was displeased with how bad the chips were i basically ate my bowl naked. felt like i went back into time with those chips, the chips and i went and fought WWI together. the chips and i shared our thoughts and emotions to one another. those chips needed to be put down out of their misery.

In a time where food is expensive and rent is getting more expensive and cost of living it was sad to see how I was treated at this chipotle. I had a delivery order that went really bad. Food was all over the place dressing spilled and bag ripped. I went all the way down to get a refund and was rejected both by Uber eats and Chipotle. Both big corporate businesses. I never had a problem with getting a refund or food remade for me before. This was just an awful ? experience!! Sad sad sad excuses. They can afford to fix this and chose not to.

This location is very dirty. There was clutter on every empty table. The floors were in bad shape. Not to mention the drink station.The customer service is collectively poor - BOH, cashiers and the line. They def need training on customer service skills because they had plenty of staff on the clock therefore their horrible service cannot be blamed on exhaustion from being understaffed.

This was my first time coming inside this chipotle and the customer service was bad/unprofessional. When we first walked in they was just all staring at us and the two girls at the beginning was just talking and looked at us and continued talking so we waited a few seconds till they finished talking to help us out. We picked the ingredients we wanted in our bowls and the girl that was bagging ask us something but we didn’t really hear her and she was just standing there and I said that’s all and she angrily slid our bag to us. Also, we couldn’t hear a thing the cashier was saying. Lastly, their drink station/utensil station was just a big mess. Overall, my first time experience was bad.

I visited this location for the first time while shopping in the area.Unfortunately, the serving size was significantly smaller compared to other nearby locations.When I requested additional rice, the employee simply closed the bowl and pushed it toward the register without addressing my concerns.I won't be returning to this location in the future; instead, I'll opt to drive across town to my usual Chipotle.Photos provided are when I first removed the top cover. Both bowls were poorly prepared.

I hate that this is my nearest location and i keep trying but today I am done for good. They make a huge pan of meat and it sits on the line all day until its gone. By the end of the day its dry and gross. I understand cutting food cost but this is wrong. You ask when new food is coming and they already have a pan pre made in back waiting for in refrigerated for who knows how long. Nothing is ever fresh and the line is always dirty with cross contamination. One day someone is going to get seriously sick.

I usually never leave reviews but I have never felt so rushed with my order, I was reading an order off my phone so I was telling the workers what I wanted but they were just staring at me like I was taking a long time. And just slopped the food very sloppily, I didn't realize how much chicken they had served. My son literally counted 6 pieces of chicken in his bowl..wow!!! They seemed so miserable doing their job! Horrible service!

Sad to have to give this review. Went I. Today and spent 37 dollars getting the normal for my family to dine in. Burrito, white rice, chicken, lettuce and mild salsa (daughter’s order). Bowl with chicken, white rice, both beans, cheese, sour cream, mild salsa, veggies and core (myself) and. Kids build your own taco plate for my son. The thing that really threw me off today was the saltiness of the ingredients and the acidity of the veggies. It would have to be the worst experience and flavor of food I have had since visiting Chipotle. I absolutely love this location and the food they prepared up until today. Unfortunately, will not be going back to this location.
