The reason why I would not go back is because I noticed every time I grab a bowl or burrito I end up in stomach pain. Maybe they don’t prepare it right and cross contaminate food .

During my recent visit to Chipotle, I had a mixed experience with the customer service. The young lady who was prepping our bowls was very kind and courteous, which made that part of the visit pleasant.

However, when we got to the register, the experience changed. Regina, the employee who rang us up, asked if we wanted our glass bottles opened. I responded, “Yes, please.” I then mentioned that my coworker would be paying. At that point, Regina made a comment to her coworker saying, “If they don’t pay, these drinks are mine.” I found this remark unprofessional and inappropriate. It gave the impression that we were not going to pay, which felt disrespectful and unnecessary.

While I appreciate the friendliness of the team member at the food line, I hope that customer service at the register reflects the same level of respect and professionalism moving forward.

For a $28 order, you'd expect your burrito bowl to be filled, right? Nah. Chipotle, once again living it up to its name of being greedy, skimping establishment. Whoever served my burrito bowl better be on some keto diet or somwthing because the portion i received... I hope you're bare bones. Don't order from Uber eats. Instead, go to the location and make sure they serve you right.

Tonight (June 1st) around 10:30pm me and my boyfriend got an uber order to pick up and deliver from this Chipotle. Apparently the order was given to someone else and my boyfriend had to call the customer multiple times about it. They were both very confused about the situation and when my boyfriend asked to talk to the manager for help, that manager had given so much attitude. The workers cleaning the store were nice, however, the manager who is SUPPOSED to help problems like this was giving my boyfriend (the uber guy) attitude as if it was his fault and he shouldn’t of asked for help. As a past manager, I would NOT have someone like that to be a manager of a store. Problem solving and customer service are KEY FACTORS in fast food and we hope that manager changes how he communicates with others when it’s his job to help. Not a wonderful first impression.

Workers were in such a rush that they really didn't give a care in the world to slow down and hear the customer speak what they want in their food. Both my husband and I didn't get everything we wanted because the girl was just moving WAY TOO FAST and rushed us off. In addition, the food was not good. I haven't been to Chipotle in a long time and after this I most likely won't be going back when I can cook the same dish at home for cheaper and the way I want it smh. Wish I could get a refund. The only thing that was good was the guac. The chips were STALE AF and hard to chew. All around horrible experience, would not recommend.

The line is sometimes really long, and the music can be too loud, but the service that Angel gives is always exceptional! Always a treat to have my bowl made by Angel, and it's clear that he cares about the guests and his crew.

I ordered a bowl through uber eats after a long day at work,my order was half chicken and half steak, I only received rice with veggies. Very disappointing.
I expected a full refund but they said it’s not processed for a refund.

Went in for a chicken bowl asked for a double and the girl shorted me on the double when i asked her for a bit more she rudely said no i told her that was half of what she gave me on the first scoop and still rudely said no i wasnt asking for much but atleast a bit more i saw the amount given , she was short mexican girl hair wasn't even tied up just swinging around thars how hair falls in food, definitely will not be coming here anymore . I've worked in chipotle and this standard and service was terrible.

This has to be one of the worst locations... they always have stall chips, they are always missing something, if it's not steak, its chicken, if its not vinegarette its something else. The workers are rude as well & act like they're in a hurry & don't want to be there, by all means no one wants to be working but as someone who worked in customer service & fast food, & I hated my job, but I never acted like that. & not only that, they were closing a whole ass hour in a half earlier than when they close, the grill was off by the time I got there which was at 947pm, i asked if they have vinegarette & she didn't even go look, she looked back & said no... this isn't a one-time thing. This has happened multiple times.
