Chipotle Mexican Grill

Another lackluster experience from the college area chipotle on pickup. They've usually got a line of 5-10 so pickup ordering is the only convenient way to get your food in under 30 mins. Unfortunately with the amount of online orders they get, often they are made with low effort and no attention to detail. You can get the wrong ingredients, pitiful portions or not even get something you ordered in the bag. It feels like bothering the staff to ask them to fix something because they are so busy. Pickup needs to be handled more internally and less like a McDonald's. I order from here 2-3 times a week and can tell you the quality of food you receive is inconsistent. Whether it's noon or 8pm you just have to hope you get lucky. Do better chipotle. @mychipotletoday on IG will be documenting this store's consistency.

I am torn about this one. The food itself is good, but the order was wrong, there was no ice, the juices were empty, there was no utensils other than knives, they missed items that we paid extra for and overall just felt dirty in there. The pick uo order was not on the pick up rack and several of us waited a while thinking the orders were nit ready when in reality they were in the wrong area. There was a lot of people and I understand the staff may have been busy, but this is not the first time this happens to me or others. Very dissapointed.

Never order Chipotle from an app. I came here in person 2 weeks ago and ordered a bowl and a burrito. Both items had great portions and tasted great but when I received the same items through uber, they were significantly smaller and the rice was stale ASF! Same thing happened at another location but my naive self thought that maybe this location was different. I don’t know what their problem is with delivery/pickup orders, it’s almost like they do it on purpose but if you’re going to order here, just go in person.

I just love getting a bowl of healthy meat and vegetables, and Chipotle is the perfect place for that.

Around 11:30 (past closing)
There was a glitch in my uber eats driver app. There was an order that tried to match me with an order and said it didn't go through. But apparently it glitched and went through without notifying me.
That's all on me and the app…but by the time I rushed over, the store was of course closed, which I didn't realize. The 2 ladies cleaning up were just so rude and nasty to me by the fact that I even asked. I just don't understand why people are that mean and angry when I was attempting to do something pretty innocent. I'm writing this review about that experience alone. I'm kinda blown away. Horrible people work here.

Ordered delivery from this location. Three chicken tacos. Received three rice tacos with a couple bits of chicken on top. Ordered a burrito bowl with the same problem (2/3 rice with little/no meat). Not the first time I've had a bad experience here. I need to remember to avoid this location at all costs.

Cashiers were rude. Had me standing at the cash register for about 2 minutes before they realized I wanted to place an order. What a nice way to run a business.
