Didn’t want to believe the other negative reviews but the staff were not welcoming and were careless. They did not fully drain the black beans and got a bunch of the bean water in my salad bowl then the next staff gave me way too much sour cream. Just seemed like no one cared except the guy at the register who seemed nice.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Chipotle tonight. My family placed a mobile order and the app told us that there was a delay. We waited inside for almost 15 minutes with no update before we asked about our food, since there was no line. The employees brought it out from behind the counter (it was not on the rack), told us they ran out of chips, and asked if we wanted something else to replace our side of chips & guac, which we didn’t. They had already put a bunch of mandarins in the bag to replace our kids’ sides without telling us.
When I opened my children’s meals, I noticed that there was a single burrito tortilla instead of 2 crunchy shells, like we had ordered. We asked about this and were told they also ran out of crunchy shells and again, had replaced them without telling us.
Aside from this, there was only one garbage bin out and it was full to the brim. It was a blue recycling bin, and it was full of all sorts of trash because the other ones were taken away.
Some time before 10 pm, an employee came over and told me that they were closing in 10 minutes. We packed up and left, but we noticed that the door said they close at 11 pm. Other people continued to go in and be served. The employees were very rude and seemed unhappy that there were people in the store. This was the first time I have ever been to this Chipotle location and it will be the last. I will go out of my way to go back to my usual location from now on!

They put the smallest amount of meat I’ve ever seen on my burrito bowl. The meat and the other items and old, not fresh and cold. They were the best staff chipotle I’ve been to in the last two years, so the waiting time was not as long as chipotles. I want chipotle to do well. I just need to fix the problems. What happened to this franchise?

They close at 11. I was there around 10. They told me that I can’t dine inside and can’t use the bathroom because they started cleaning for closing. Change the time as 10 then if I can’t dine inside. Such a bs

So I am writing this today because my experience at this Chipotle location was an absolute nightmare. It all started on 28 February 2024 when I went there and got a bowl that had chicken and steak/ rice . I ended up having a severe food poisoning. I ended up at the ER with almost liver failure. There is no doubt that the food that I had at that Chipotle was the one responsible because prior to that I haven’t had food outside my house for weeks. Less than two hours after eating here, I literally was dying at my house and was transported to the emergency. Months later, I’m writing this review and I’m still struggling with health issues related to my liver being so impacted by the poisoning. I went there couple days after I left the ER and I spoke to the manager. They mentioned to me that someone else got sick the same day and that she reported it to her field manager. I couldn’t access the information on the other person. This experience caused me so much problems and cost me so much money I can’t even explain to you guys ! As of today, I am still suffering from all kind health issues / allergies that I developed after the poisoning. Do yourself a huge favor and never eat here. This location is absolute trash. The female worker that was in there today who seemed to be the manager had an attitude from the get go, the protein portion of My bowl wouldn’t have filled my 16 month old up. The bowl was basically rice and undercooked beans with some cheese, lettuce and sour cream. Minimum wage job for minimal effort workers. There’s so many better options here in San Diego. If you want to be majorly let down then go to this location. Never written a review before but damn this place sucks.

Went in tonight and they were out of white rice. Well not exactly they were only using the white rice for online orders and denied us. Also, got charged for double meat and didn’t ask for double meat. The little female employee was really bad with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was really disappointed with my experience here and will not come back. I also saw several other customers leave because they couldn’t get white rice. Where’s the Flippen manager and every table was dirty too we had to clean our table before we could sit down to eat. Just not good!
