Lady taking order was a buzz kill. Very dry and monotone. The food is good, but prices are ridiculously high. My mother ordered a taco and they barely put any meat on it. Not worth the $ anymore.

I’ve been a loyal Chipotle customer for years, but this recent experience completely changed how I view the brand. From the moment we walked in, the service was rushed and careless. We specifically asked for a couple of vinaigrettes with our order, and not only did they forget them — they refused to give them to us when we asked again. One of the employees simply said “no” with zero explanation, as if we were asking for something unreasonable. That alone was frustrating enough.

To make matters worse, one of the bowls came with spinach instead of lettuce — which we clearly didn’t order. When we politely went back to get it corrected, the staff gave us major attitude, like it was somehow our fault for their mistake. They remade the bowl, but did so with such rudeness that it completely killed the experience. There’s no excuse for that kind of behavior in customer service.

And just when we thought it couldn’t get worse, I opened my bowl to find an actual leaf inside — not lettuce, not spinach, but an actual non-food leaf. That’s completely unacceptable and honestly kind of gross. It makes me question the cleanliness and attention to detail in the kitchen.

I don’t normally write reviews, but this visit was disappointing on every level. Poor service, bad attitude, wrong orders, and questionable food handling — I expected so much better from Chipotle

Horrible experience with the take out ordered via mobile app. Ordered burrito, bowl, tacos and chips/guacamole. Chips were missing from the order. Only guacamole was there. Tacos were not wrapped correctly and ingredients were outside of the wrap. It almost looked like someone went through it. The bag was on the mobile order counter. Never ordering via app from them again. Bad experience, sloppy job.

Went today to chipotle at 945pm, all the chairs were up and nowhere to sit to eat. Walked in and saw the tortilla warmer already cleaned, folded on its side not available for use, and foil across the food, covering the food like they’re ready to close, cleaning up the entire kitchen. Mind you this place closed at 11…I asked if they were still open then guy in the front said “we are, but bad timing.” And he looks over to the woman working there in the back and she also says “ya bad timing.” The staff rolling their eyes and upset we were there getting food. They were being Very inconsiderate and rude towards us. I’d understand if we came in 15 minutes before closing, but they were all ready to go and packed up hour and 15 before closing. Very disrespectful.

I visited this store on 04/17/25, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. After dining there, I suffered from severe digestive issues, which I suspect were due to food contamination. I got diarrhea!!

I usually enjoy chipotle’s burritos, but I was disappointed in the food quality and servers’ lack of interest in my overall experience. Three out of four employees in the assembly line were chatting amongst each other quite a bit and barely looked at me. The cashier didn’t say more than two words to me. He was engrossed in a personal conversation with the employee standing next to him, and he took a moment to glance at his machine, point to the payment portal before me, mumbled the words “here,” and resumed chatting with the worker standing next to him at the counter. No hi, goodbye, thanks for coming, nothing. Lacking in customer service. Three stars barely. Oh, and the food made me physically ill. Not satisfied with this experience at all.

Ive gone to and ordered from this Chipotle location countless times, and I've lost count how many times I get a delivery of an entirely wrong order.
The worst is when you get home late from work and put in an order for delivery, only to receive something that you'd never order and by the time you get the order, the restaurant is closed.
Must be poor training or staff just hate their jobs there.

Didn’t want to believe the other negative reviews but the staff were not welcoming and were careless. They did not fully drain the black beans and got a bunch of the bean water in my salad bowl then the next staff gave me way too much sour cream. Just seemed like no one cared except the guy at the register who seemed nice.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Chipotle tonight. My family placed a mobile order and the app told us that there was a delay. We waited inside for almost 15 minutes with no update before we asked about our food, since there was no line. The employees brought it out from behind the counter (it was not on the rack), told us they ran out of chips, and asked if we wanted something else to replace our side of chips & guac, which we didn’t. They had already put a bunch of mandarins in the bag to replace our kids’ sides without telling us.

When I opened my children’s meals, I noticed that there was a single burrito tortilla instead of 2 crunchy shells, like we had ordered. We asked about this and were told they also ran out of crunchy shells and again, had replaced them without telling us.

Aside from this, there was only one garbage bin out and it was full to the brim. It was a blue recycling bin, and it was full of all sorts of trash because the other ones were taken away.

Some time before 10 pm, an employee came over and told me that they were closing in 10 minutes. We packed up and left, but we noticed that the door said they close at 11 pm. Other people continued to go in and be served. The employees were very rude and seemed unhappy that there were people in the store. This was the first time I have ever been to this Chipotle location and it will be the last. I will go out of my way to go back to my usual location from now on!

They put the smallest amount of meat I’ve ever seen on my burrito bowl. The meat and the other items and old, not fresh and cold. They were the best staff chipotle I’ve been to in the last two years, so the waiting time was not as long as chipotles. I want chipotle to do well. I just need to fix the problems. What happened to this franchise?
