Chipotle Mexican Grill

Pretty stingy and aggressive about their portions for no reason. Haven't really dealt with this at other Chipotles but try to avoid this one

Portions here are consistently bad. Every time I go back to give them another chance I’m reminded why I stopped going. This time they barely gave me any chicken. Like 4 nickel size pieces. Ridiculous.

forgot half my food, quesadilla was not cooked, literally shredded cheese in a tortilla cold, and didn't give me rice with my order and proceeded to give me a much smaller portion in return. wont be returning

Was looking forward to sitting down for a quick bite but ended up leaving feeling like they couldn't get me out of there fast enough. The gal that made my taco seemed to either have an overall bad attitude or had the worst day. I wasn't asked if I wanted to dine in or not but glad I didn't. The center island to sit at was dirty, both trash bins overflowing, completely out of napkins and none added to my bag. The whole area next to the fountain drinks was messy, had random straw wrappers and ill supplied. There was one guy in there that left when I paid so it wasn't busy at all. Food was ok. Overall disappointing experience.

so you know chipotle corporate is ripping off customers with false carnie asada marketing special. Tried it gross. Zero spice, zero flavor, pieces of flavorless meat for $25. Total rip off by corporate.

Avoid this location in Carmel mountain ordered a steak burrito.No steak no chicken expect you to wait around because they're not on it

This Chipotle consistently serves the smallest portions I've encountered at any location. Every bowl I order comes half-filled, and what little they do provide is mostly just rice with minimal protein and toppings. It's frustrating to pay full price for what feels like a kid's meal portion.

Yesterday around 8pm (2 hrs from closing) they tried to give me a chicken bowl without any lettuce or fajitas for full price. The manager said, you can't get a discount for free items. Get out of here. You can't sell something full price without warning a customer beforehand that you don't have all the usual ingredients. I said no thanks and left the unappetizing bowl on the counter.

The rice was undercooked. They don’t have any guack. The chicken needed to be prepared after I ordered it. Not much to like about this experience.

Word of advice, don't ever order from an app or online. They will give you the smallest possible portions. Normally I go inside. This time, I ordered online. I got the tiniest burrito I've ever had from them. Definitely didn't get double meat, and didn't even get cheese. I only finish half when I go inside and order. Tonight, I crushed the entire thing. If you don't have eyes on, then they will be cheap AF.
