The rice was undercooked. They don’t have any guack. The chicken needed to be prepared after I ordered it. Not much to like about this experience.

Word of advice, don't ever order from an app or online. They will give you the smallest possible portions. Normally I go inside. This time, I ordered online. I got the tiniest burrito I've ever had from them. Definitely didn't get double meat, and didn't even get cheese. I only finish half when I go inside and order. Tonight, I crushed the entire thing. If you don't have eyes on, then they will be cheap AF.

Good food nice staff. Recently Sam helped me, he was so helpful for I was getting food for my lunch the next day and he advised me that he will separate the lettuce and spur cream so it won't soggy. Very nice.

Indoor seating isn’t very welcoming. Service is okay workers often seem overwhelmed and annoyed (not their fault), but most of the time good service. Have had undercooked rice multiple times at this location. Portion size has gone down as a regular, stuffed with rice, and little to no toppings specifically corn and cheese. Unless you go in person.
Ordered a delivery and was disappointed with portion sizing, everything was less than a regular portion size, they forgot to add guac, beans, lettuce, they barely put in any carnitas when I asked for double protein, very disappointed with this location.
Awesome Chipotle location! Super nice, hardworking employees who were accommodating. Sam was especially awesome! I’d go out of my way to go to this location (I was highly disappointed with the Carmel Valley location close to me!)
Perfect when you want something quick, healthy, simple, and something that won’t break the bank. This location has very friendly employees who always seem to be in a happy mood. I have never left disappointed.

We did an online order for 2 bowls. Neither one was correct, not even close to what we ordered. Definitely don't recommend ordering ahead if you want the correct order.
Shout out to Sierra and the manager, Adam. This shop is busy but we still receive a smile and good fresh food.
The poway Chipotle can take some notes from this store. Corporate send poway employees here to teach them how to serve the community.

Just writing this review because I felt it was necessary. I like to be the voice for people who cannot have one. I came here today at 7:30 PM and the female and male employees on the line were fabulous but I was extremely upset but the actions of the small, skinny long haired man who I am assuming is the manager. This man was so unbearably rude to his employees it was hard to watch. I’ve never seen someone micromanage a team so poorly in my life. You could tell on the look of everyone’s faces that they do no enjoy being around this man. As a team leader myself, it was hard to watch. Work is supposed to be a fun, professional and productive place to be. I can’t imagine working for this guy… instead of yelling at your employees in front of costumers, maybe learn to correct them in private more encouragingly. I watched this manager embarrass a young man about what was on someone’s bowls, when the entire time the manager was wrong because I saw the young man make them lol. Also yelled at the young lady helping me because she wasn’t helping the line instead. It took everything in me to keep my mouth close. If chipotle company would like to hire a manager, I’d love to join the team and give this location a reason to enjoy work, and give this man a proper lesson on how to be a joyful, productive and more successful manager. On top of this not a single container in the restaurant was full, or even half full..the place was a wreck.. really tells me all I need to know about the leadership here.
Came in to pick up online order. It was late. Someone made it and didn’t even communicate to me waiting there that it is my order that was ready. I had to guess and ask for it after 10 whole mins.
Unclean. Food crumbs literally everywhere near food bar, floor , entry way, tables.
And they got my order wrong. Chicken bowl didn’t have a single piece or shred of chicken in the bowl.
This location seems completely mismanaged and diminishing the brand of chipotle.
This evening at 6 pm I came to this restaurant and there was no one in line to order food. I placed my order. A young and polite guy with glasses quickly and respectfully prepared my bowl of food and gave it to a young girl with long and light hair to count it for me. But the female employee left me in complete rudeness. After five minutes, she went to other customers. At that time who the young guy was taking care of those customers, who were only two people. Finally, after about 6 minutes, the girl came and put my food which had cooled down, in a bag and went back to the kitchen without paying any attention to politeness. She kept shaking her head as if she was nervous and uncomfortable. I think someone who does not have enough experience to provide such services should not be hired. Respecting the customer and showing a cheerful face are the minimum things a restaurant employee should do.
