This evening at 6 pm I came to this restaurant and there was no one in line to order food. I placed my order. A young and polite guy with glasses quickly and respectfully prepared my bowl of food and gave it to a young girl with long and light hair to count it for me. But the female employee left me in complete rudeness. After five minutes, she went to other customers. At that time who the young guy was taking care of those customers, who were only two people. Finally, after about 6 minutes, the girl came and put my food which had cooled down, in a bag and went back to the kitchen without paying any attention to politeness. She kept shaking her head as if she was nervous and uncomfortable. I think someone who does not have enough experience to provide such services should not be hired. Respecting the customer and showing a cheerful face are the minimum things a restaurant employee should do.

There was no food. They ran out of everything and still took the order. No discount was offered. It was absolutely horrible. I will not eat there again.

I frequent 3 Chipotle as I eat at Chipotle 2-4 times a week every week. This used to be the best. now I won't go to this one again and will get something besides Chipotle when I'm in this area. The potions at this one have consistently been half the size of the others the last month or so. I order double protein with beans rice 2 salsa sour cream guac and cheese and a can literally see the bottom of the bowl on both sides of the food. My girl orders the salad and they skimp so hard on the lettuce it's insane. Shame this location went from my favorite to the worst so fast.

My kids and I come here often. The bowls are usually hearty enough to split between 2 of us and are typically prepared decently for the most part.
Our problem is with the side orders of chips and queso. When we began coming here the bag of large chips was great. Filled at least halfway and the sometimes there were more chips a lasted longer than the queso serving.
Tonight my daughter brought home an order for my husband and I. The bag of chips is barely half full. The r price was just raised a few months ago and now you all don’t even put a decent amount in the bags. So disappointing. Especially for almost $10. Come on, Chipotle!

The single worst experience at this location. The kids were just joking around. Not listening to the order. I had to remind them several times they missed toppings. As far as the portions, they put 6 pieces of chicken on the bowl. When I complained they added 2 more. 4 or 5 pieces of lettuce and when I said more, she said she had to get it from the back as if I would owe her a huge favor for doing that.
Congrats, lost a customer for life.
The wait was very long and the chicken was dry, old and tasteless. We didn’t even eat our food because it felt like it would’ve made us stick. This location is horrible.

I've lived in the area for a long time so this was my go to Chipotle location. Unfortunately it has gone way down hill, the portions are super inconsistent and have gotten very small. The place is always dirty, the floors and countertops are always dirty. The only table is never wiped off. And the staff is far from friendly. Super unhappy with the direction this location is going.

I placed an order on line and waited 40 minutes to get my food yet the long line inside was in and out? There’s no point in placing ordered online when you can go in and get your food faster. I got off work and have a 30 minute drive home and now got home way later because I sat there for 40 minutes. So crazy.
I don’t understand why some restaurants shake off half the scoop.
Came here two days in a row shortly after opening and spent $30.33 each day. Brisket burrito w/ guac, large chips and ques, small drink.
The guac was brown on top and the rice was crunchy like they were yesterday’s.
Two different people made my meals; both scoops the rice, shook it down to barely a level scoop…same for $13 brisket, beans, and literally half the scoop was empty on the pico and corn. Half the metal showing on the guac.
If you’re going to cheat me on the meat and guac, both of which I’m paying a premium for, at least give me full scoops of the rice and beans.
This isn’t a Chipotle problem, it’s only some shops. I’ve seen managers correct new staff to give a standard scoop.
I have this shop a second chance and won’t give it a third. Plenty of other Chipotle’s around to get my money’s worth of fresh food!
Wheelchair accessibility: Nice, big, patio.

Bad attitude from employees who are always trying to rush you. The only location I purposely avoid. I also find it annoying they charge for vinaigrette sauce if you get a burrito.

They wanted to charge me $1.60 for one serving of vinaigrette. I’m sorry? That’s beyond ridiculous. Don’t come here
Waited 15 minutes for an online order that I was already late to. Staff was extremely unhelpful and didn’t make any effort to get my food ready.
