The hot chocolate was cold. Like.... thats the _one_ thing its not supposed to be. Had a lovely date anyway.

I ordered on doordash and called the shop on the number given on Google and asked for plant-based milk and they were kind enough to send it along. Later, I received a call back from them asking if I received the almond milk, I was touched by this gesture. I ordered the Belgian chocolate brownie and chocolate covered brownie and they were both exceptionally tasty. Thank you for great taste and service!

So I went in and besides the rude kids behind the counter, I was disappointed. Third and last time going there. They gave me old deserts instead of making my strawberry desert fresh, un edible /(. Never going back.

I will start by saying their products are tasty, but other than that I feel completely robbed. I ordered two of the Dubai Chocolate jar to-go on Uber eats for $15 before fees and it turned out to be a 4oz jar. Just to put that into perspective, I finished the entire jar in 2 spoonfuls. For $15 the size is absolutely ridiculous AND on top of that, their website claims that the jars come with fresh fruit (see photo) but neither of them had any fruit. I truly hope they fix this issue and feel that we deserve a refund.

Nice place, but I was charged $10.79 for a shake listed as $8.99, and another item was $3.99 instead of $2.99 on the menu. When I pointed it out, the cashier didn’t apologize or try to fix it — just said he “doesn’t decide prices.” Disappointing experience and not something I’ve seen in other cafés.
