I will start by saying their products are tasty, but other than that I feel completely robbed. I ordered two of the Dubai Chocolate jar to-go on Uber eats for $15 before fees and it turned out to be a 4oz jar. Just to put that into perspective, I finished the entire jar in 2 spoonfuls. For $15 the size is absolutely ridiculous AND on top of that, their website claims that the jars come with fresh fruit (see photo) but neither of them had any fruit. I truly hope they fix this issue and feel that we deserve a refund.

Nice place, but I was charged $10.79 for a shake listed as $8.99, and another item was $3.99 instead of $2.99 on the menu. When I pointed it out, the cashier didn’t apologize or try to fix it — just said he “doesn’t decide prices.” Disappointing experience and not something I’ve seen in other cafés.

Very tasty! However, prices on their app and(!) on their menu inside don’t match what they charged us. When we point it out - they didn’t grant us advertise price which is a violation of the consumer right act! They didn’t even apologies. So wild! 🤪

This store used to be one of my favorite spots when I’m craving sweets, but since the past two months, I believe the ownership got changed or management. This store is a disaster now whenever we go they say that the machine is broken or they just don’t wanna do their job Last time. She said the machine is working now, but we don’t know how to make the drinks so at this point, why is it even open? Also, it’s always closed before the time that listed on the website I wish it was better. Also, a really bad customer service she doesn’t even say Thank you or welcoming The customers!! On top of this, she provides wrong information about the management. I believe the whole team has to be a retrained.
If you’re not going to take cash you don’t respect our country or our dollar. Across the street they took my cash and I got ice cream. It’s a simple process.

Tried this place for the first time and would have loved to leave more stars for this place but the service received here was extremely disappointing. The guy with the bleached blonde hair and outgrown roots at the register had a piss poor attitude, didn’t smile once, and was noticeably annoyed with the questions we asked about the menu. If there was a line out the door I’d understand but it was dead, so dead that he was sitting at the register on his phone. His smart remarks and combative attitude made this experience almost unbearable. The only thing that made this slightly better was the sweet girl that was there who was working hard making the desserts. Would love to try this place again, and hopefully have a better experience.

Guy in the counter named Rose(white American little long hair) is the rudest person. He should definitely be trained on how to talk to customers. He is so rude that he killed the happy vibe for a moment. Never visiting this place again.!!

My friend recommended this place to me. On September 7th around 3pm I went with my family to buy some desserts for a party we're having today, but the service was really bad. As soon as we walked in they kicked us out because they told us that all the staff was on break.
Why did they have the door open if they couldn't serve us?
