I went in the morning. I waited till they open at 7am. I'm not sure if that was the Manager, but she doesn't look very happy with her job. She was acting high and mighty with the customer in front of me, I am filipino just like she is but it's very embarrassing to have your co filipino looked down of their own. You may need a new Manager that would set example to her subordinates or she probably needs training because this is definitely not the Philippines that you can look down on your own people just because you have the position. She tried doing it to me, but no i did not let her, so she mellow down. Customer service training for your manager is badly needed. Chicken is undercooked. Still bloody.

I love the customer service here. Just watched Senor citizen walk away without getting her change and the girl behind the desk walked all the way around to give her the change. Little things like that. Respect goes a long way. You guys are awesome

I came in during lunch and it was busy, I understand that the crews are trying their best to serve food as fun as they can. However, Arlyn the manager at that time didn't have a good tone towards customers and the crew. She just stood their while the crews are in a rush. Shouting won't fix anything especially towards the crews, respect and morality as a person should taught to this woman. I hope nobody experience this kind of action anymore. I hope the management will take actions towards this kind of behavior. Chowking has been my comfort food way back in the Philippines as long as that kind of treatmenr is being served to the staff & customers, I would prefer to just stay home and cook my own meal.

In love with Chowking food! The beef broccoli and Ube Taho were to die for! Definitely would come back here again. Service was excellent, staff were nice and welcoming.
