The sandwiches we had were pretty terrible tbh. Totally flavorless chicken, low quality ingredients and zero seasoning. Big menu so I must’ve gotten the wrong thing? Loved the vibe and the store as a whole, but when you pay that much and wish you went to subway, it’s a 0/10 for me. The worst sandwich I’ve had in years.

Ordered online 40 minutes before I went to go pick up one sub. Got there and let them know I was here to pick up. Said they would call my name. Waited for another 30 minutes standing there. Finally I got sick of waiting and said I’ll try another time, just refund me please—apparently my sandwich was ready 20 minutes earlier but no one bothered saying anything. Dry sandwich, waited way too long, and it seemed like no one cared. If Jersey mikes can slice everything to order, you should be able to whip out a cold turkey sub in less than an hour. Ridiculous. If you’re coming to grab a sub for the beach, plan on being an hour late to the beach

One of the oldest delicious in San Diego the manager and his staff are absolutely killer. And the food is on point. I love in house made pastrami and their quality of meats and cheeses are fantastic. Of uou want a dagwood the size of your face try them out.

Best deli in OB. Family owned and run, they do it right. Prices aren't that bad considering the inflation. I've ordered over half the menu and never had one I wouldn't repeat.

The sides available are legit, the baked potato is my favorite. Great selection of alcohol beverages and regular drinks. Snacks for days.

Grab a deli sando with some potato salad and chips with a drink, enjoy on the patio or drive 3 minutes to the beach. Heaven in your belly and eyes 👀

My husband remembered this place from years ago. We drove around Mission Beach looking, even stopped by a fire station to ask. We found Chris’ Liquor and the sandwich’s have not changed. They are amazing and definitely worth the stop! Highly recommend. The staff are so well trained, personable, knowledgeable.

My wife and I were only in town for a few days, but this place was only a few hundred feet from where we were staying! Amazing food!!! Of course they have libations, but our meals were awesome! Great vibes from the employees!
