This location is super busy 88 percent of the time but their crew gives 100% effort to keep customers happy.
Most days, lines are short and move quickly but when there are promo days, it takes a little bit longer since things have to be scanned, verified, etc.
Just be prepared beforehand to keep things moving along and remember to be patient.
Yes you'll encounter kids crying, screaming and throwing tantrums - another reminder to be patient.
The food and drink options are great. They taste good, are sharable and filling, as well as reasonably priced.
If you sign up for their monthly membership, you'll save even more. I won't say how much but note, it's substantial.
Kudos to the staff for maintaining this place and keeping it safe for families to enjoy. Though I don't know all their names, note their efforts do not go unnoticed.

I had avoided Chuck E Cheese because of my childhood memories of dark dining rooms with lousy pizza, creepy animatronic singing bands, and expensive video games. Today, after probably 40 years away, we decided to give it a try.
It is brightly lit, the pizza is yummy, and the video games are unlimited if you purchase a timed card. My kids had a great time, and so did I.
After four decades, I’m actually excited to return to Chuck E Cheese. I guess this old kid still can be a kid!

Facility went through a major face-lift during pandemic. It's clean, well ventilated, and 90% of the machines work. Pizza tastes great. Very buttery. Service is a hit or miss. My kids love coming here.

I'm not sure what to say about this place I guess my expectations were a little different... it being the first time for my kids... and my first time after many years the upgrade on the trampoline and the little playground was nice until....Both my kids got hurt..which was pretty random due to the fact that we've been to many trampoline parks and playgrounds. I did notice that most of the staff... on the area for the playground in the trampoline were careless about if you went in with socks or not.. most of the games were not working as well.. if you have toddlers just be careful if they go into the trampoline area due to the fact that there's other bigger children jumping they won't be able to keep their balance... The playground slide is a little way too big as well for the little ones...But overall it's okay. The pizza was good and the kids enjoyed it.

Very bad service in my son's birthday party. I ordered pizza and chicken and waited for almost 2 hours with repeated asking during this time and just be asked to be waited, finally I did not get my ordered food. And they asked me to wait for some time for them to re make my order. That was a terrible service.

The staff was great but so many games were out of order. We live in Escondido and went all the way to Mira Mar because we're tired of the Escondido location having up to half their games not working. So I was very disappointed that the Mira Mar location is having the same issues.
