Very bad service in my son's birthday party. I ordered pizza and chicken and waited for almost 2 hours with repeated asking during this time and just be asked to be waited, finally I did not get my ordered food. And they asked me to wait for some time for them to re make my order. That was a terrible service.

The staff was great but so many games were out of order. We live in Escondido and went all the way to Mira Mar because we're tired of the Escondido location having up to half their games not working. So I was very disappointed that the Mira Mar location is having the same issues.

My child contracted hand foot and mouth disease from this location. We also waited for about an hour for 1 pizza when it wasn’t even busy.

Kids had a blast, but unfortunately a lot of the games didn't work. They were very dirty and completely run down. Most of the scores wouldn't generate tickets properly, or the games just flat out didn't work. We were thinking of buying the pass to come more often, but this location which is closest to us unfortunately missed its mark. The service was rough as well. The birthday girl was ready to cash in her tickets and the girl at the counter refused her a specific color toy stating she couldn't grab anything from the counter. When the next girl helped her she did just that for all of the items. They all seemed young and severely stressed. Take care of your establishment and your employees...

We had to wait 5 minutes just for someone to come check us in. We then waited another 10 minutes for someone to come to the register to take our order … and that was only because I went and found someone and asked. We had to bus our own table just to find a cleanish place to sit down, and there was not one single table that was cleaned during the hour that we were there. The salad bar options were half empty - the saving grace was that the pizza came in a reasonable time and was yummy. Any game with a claw or push or push element was broken, but there were no signs indicating this. You found it out by wasting your time. All in all pretty shocking.

Went to this location because my daughter’s PTA was holding an event. Surprisingly it was not packed. We purchased a game card and started looking through the arcade. We soon realized many games had issues:

The skee ball had no balls in some, a few on others and others were full.
Two ball drop games had no balls and we wasted about 5 credits trying to figure that out.
The carnival-like game when you throw a ball and knock down figurines did not operate.
The game where you press a button and feed the big dog face with balls did not operate.

As we walked around it just became disappointing that some many games had issues and we were not satisfied. I went to the from counter and explained this to Ava Jacobs (the manager). I explained all the issues we experienced and she only offered to recredit our game card. Why would I want credits when multiple games you have are inoperable?? She even told me the big dog face came was broken and they were waiting to replace it. Then why is it plugged in??

She would not issue a refund of $32. I told her a refund is the best option because I never plan to visit this location again. I told her to take the game card and the etickets because we do not want them, but she still refused.

My voice did increase because of how frustrating it was because she would not understand how dissatisfied we were and she told me to stop yelling… I said “I am not yelling, if I was you would know”. Then snatched my game card from my hand so she could prove her point that we played other games.

Ava Jacobs, the manager, you just lost customers due to your lack of customer service and understanding. Find another profession.

Received less wings then payed for ,then most of games were no working ,me and my daughter spent 20 minutes on a game and it never gave us out tickets spent another 10 waiting to get service and they could even help us manager said go tell that worker n the worker said I can't help go to front and from 30 minutes wasted and 500 tickets missing all they could do is give us 5 game tokens spent over 100 on nothing

Chuck E Cheese's food is meant for kids who are just as happy with the cheapest pizza in the freezer aisle and my kids like it fine. I think it's 2 out of 5 because I've had worse but not much. And since corporate sets the franchise's menu I can't fault the branch for that and they cook it as best one can cook cheesy cardboard. This particular CeC is clean and well run. Some games are broken but that's inevitable.

Majority of the games are broken. Game error in middle of my game was told we will give you free game. While I had multiple credits. Scan your points and the games take them.
