I have been going to this location for years!!! Years I tell you!!! Now I take my little beautiful girl Ava. We always celebrate her birthday here because she believe in her heart that chuck is her best friend ?. But there's another reason we only go to this location and that person we love going to see is...Vicky!!!! She's the store manager there. She's really great at what she does! Look at her, dealing little monsters days in and days out!!! How? I wouldn't be able to keep that smile everyday like how she does it. Maybe it's because she's has a beautiful heart. Even after installing the pacemaker, she's still doing what she loves. But we just found out some really upsetting news. They're not treating her very kindly as she treats everyone else. She gave them a quarter of her life to this company. A store manager that barely gets 45k gross annually. She's planning to leave very soon. Honestly I don't blame her. I'm also a GM with a new and way smaller company getting 60k gross annually. We know it won't be the same without her. If the higher up read this, please give her what she deserves, a real living wage with a company that she has given 20 Years + of her life. She's really happy to be there. But treat her with the love and respect she's been giving us and many other families that comes to see chuck and Vicky ? ? ? thank youP.S. WE COME HERE EVERY WEEK. I SPEND HUNDREDS EVERY WEEK. I DON'T THINK WE'LL VISIT AS MUCH WITHOUT VICK...Dung Nguyen

We haven't been to a Chuckie Cheese in many years since our kids are all grown. We had our 4 year old grandson for a day and decided to go to Chuckie Cheese. I gave it a 5 star because it was easy to get to and park also it was early and not to busy. We kind of felt our age because everything is with a card. You buy time or games as well as get your tickets automatically put on the card to get your toys at the end. I can't comment on the food since we didn't have any but the helper there were very friendly and the place was pretty clean. Our grandson really enjoyed himself.

I am glad that after the covid, CnChese still operate so the kids still have some where to go. Just one suggestion, CnC has to keep creating new ideas so CnC doesn't get bored. Invest more in to new games, changes around every 6 months. More variety of food and medium price. Hope we see some

Everything was nice here. Got the 45 minute unlimited games option for about $32 including the card. A bit frustrated that I chad to tap several times to make the card work on many of the machines and some of the machines didn’t work at all. All in all, the place was clean and fun and my son was entertained. A plus on the customer service. All staff was professional and very friendly.

A place where a customer service is horrible! Literally worst than walmart!. I lined up to order a food. There were group of people who's taking time on ordering while I am patiently waiting. Manager was taking the order of the group ahead of me. But when they finished. The manager didn't even warned me nor said something and just left the counter. Along with her crew they just ignored me like I am not in the line and soon as I left they start taking customer behind me. I guess the manager was white and the person behind me was white as well and I am an asian. I'll post the video from my body come soon.

Previously I've only been to the Chino, Diamond Bar, Riverside and Rancho Cucamonga locations, so this one was a first. I'm happy to see that this is one of the few remaining locations with the 2-stage present (at the time of this review). An employee went above and beyond answering my questions. Thank you for the experience!

My autistic son lost his wristband card because the restricting band was bothering him. And when he took it off, someone stole it. When we tried to talk to the workers about just getting a new one (we didn't care about the tickets) they told us no because of the tickets that were on the previous card and they wouldn't issue another. It is super disheartening to hear about a children play area. There needs to either be wristband alternatives for children with sensory issues or protocols in place for when those cards are stolen. It will be a long time before we return, if ever, to this store.*Edit to add*When we were asking about how to get a new card, they instead told us to go start asking the other children at the restaurant if they "found" a card. It is highly inappropriate for grown adults to go to children that they do not know asking them if they stole a card.
Happiest place on earth! Love it here and the pizza is amazing too! I bring my one year old and although he can’t do much he still has a blast! IRS clean also, very family friendly and tons of fun! Great place to visit during the winter colder months
