Best Chuck e cheese for birthdays and just plain old fun. Love it here! Customer service is friendly and helpful they are excellent with the kiddos and this establishment is very clean and has air conditioning! Games all work and never a dull moment here with fun! Recommend always.!

Had my sons 4th birthday at this location and we had the BEST time. Favorite location, best staff, everything was clean and organized. Not only did the kids have fun but so did the adults! The staff always goes above and beyond here, thank you so much!

Great time! Chuck E Cheese came out and actually interacting with the kids! Playing and Dancing! We've been to other Chuck E Cheese's location but by far San Diego Sports Arena is the best one because of the staff. This location is smaller than others but we still had a great time. Good food. Kids had fun which is what matters the most!

This was an over all good tine for the kids however spent ALOT of money for a bd party. Staff was not on time w chuckys appearance had to ask for him unorganized no engagement w the kids lame. No communication about trampolines kicked kids out of trampolines it was ridiculous 🙄 the 5 stars are food was really good the had beer and the kids were happy except when they got kicked out of trampolines

The manager provided exceptional service; unfortunately, I neglected to obtain his name. He exhibited remarkable attentiveness and initiative. Upon observing an individual escorting my daughter from the premises, he promptly approached me to confirm the arrangement, which was indeed the case. His actions were highly commendable.
