Most the employees hate working there and it shows their not the least bit worried about making customers wait ive had long waits at both the ordering register and prize counter and they wernt even busy ive seen customers chewing out the employess after waiting well over 10min sometimes longer for someone to come to register.but hey it's a indoor play ground and not many around when the whether is too hot, cold or rainy outside. and honestly ive been to other Chuck e cheese locations and customer service over all is bad at all of them they hire alot of young people that don't care it's just a paycheck so alot of them spend more time socializing with each other then doing what there getting paid to do and right in your face so when you aske for help they not always but often act like your intrupting them I see it all the time smh

The Chuck E Cheese at San Diego has a lot of great arcades.
The people who take care of the place are very helpful and thoughtful.
It is fun for the whole family 😃

Family place where the games were in good condition, my children had a lot of fun. It is somewhat expensive for people from Mexico but it is a good experience

We went at a busy time so I understand that it was messier than usual. But the staff was awesome! They kept the rowdy kids going up the slide from doing so right away. So my granddaughter had a great and safe time!

First time back to a Chuck E Cheese in years and want to go back again to this location even though I came from LA.. arrived earlier tonight and ordered a supreme pizza and hot wings which were pretty good.. atmosphere was family friendly, all the games my niece and nephew played worked well. Superb customer service by staff member Zayra who took my order.. She knows how to treat customers well :)

First time at this location and the manager Jeff blew me away with his amazing customer service and attitude! By far the best experience I’ve had at any of the Chuck E Cheese locations in the greater San Diego area.

Chuck E. Cheese on Sports Arena is a kid's dream come true! The arcade games are exciting and the pizza is surprisingly good. My little one had a blast playing games, dancing to the music, and meeting the characters. It's a great place to celebrate a birthday or just have a fun day out with the family. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is lively. Definitely recommend!

We took our kid there for his fourth birthday. There are a constant stream of deal packages to either confuse you or entice you, I haven't decided yet.
There is a salad bar, wings, fries, etc if pizza isn't your thing. If you DO order the pizza, they offer different crusts. I screwed up and missed out on a 3 cheese stuffed version. Don't be me.
If trying to decide on a game pass, our kid enjoyed losing 200 games an hour on the unlimited hour pass. Look for the 19.95 coupon on their website. Also there are other coupons there you should investigate.
The mascot mouse comes out every hour and spends about 10 minutes pretending to be excited to be there and then goes back to wherever and removes the mask to serve pizza to you.
Everyone did their job great though.
It was fun though, for the kid.. he's 4. Yay!

Went here today with my family and some friends. I remember when we go here in the past, the place looked different, and now they have changed! The Chuck E. Cheese animatronic, indoor playground, the good old sign and purple facade outside and that clock face thing are now gone, as they added new pictures to the walls, a dance floor with a big TV, a little trampoline park, and a green facade with a new sign. looks like they ruined it, and it was still ok. The pizza and fries we all ate were still good.
