Kind and professional staff! My sister hosted a birthday party for our nieces today, family / friends raved about their wonderful experience. There was a young man with braces that helped with all the party activities, questions and direction. He was a very efficient and made the experience a positive one. The young man with dreadlocks in the price counter had a great deal of patience with all the kiddos and adults. We will definitely be planning more celebrations in the future!

We got there when they opened but overall it was clean the pizza was okay it's a kid's place what can you expect. And also the rides are plentiful you pay for 1 hour or however you pay for it and it's pretty much worth it especially if you like to play a lot of games I really don't notice people walking around and cleaning tables that's my only issue. And the pizzas are thin and mediocre at best but it's a place for kids to play not so much to eat quality food

I keep going to the college Chuck E. Cheese location in San Diego. Because we bought a gold pass monthly deal. And when I say we first it was me and my best friend. Then she decided she wanted to not share her deal w me any long because it was under her account. So I decide I’m going to get under my name I was literally at their location and couldn’t help me set it up in my name through their website. They trying to help me on my phone to get it. Nothing. So I had my sister get it and we live in the same household. And I majority of it because she has 1 kid I have 4. Now they’re asking that the person be the registered person. Like guys get it together. No one is taking advantage of the system. But now I can’t use something that I pay for is crazy. And you guys can’t even help me. Had a great birthday party experience! Lily was very attentive and helpful the whole time we were there. She was joyful and made sure we had everything we needed and more. Thank you Lily for making my son’s birthday a memorable & joyful experience!

DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE. Nobody checks anyone in and out of the door. They will check you in, but they do not check you out. Any kid can easily leave without being noticed, or they can easily be taken out from someone. The buzzer for when your order is ready do not work. We waited an hour for our pizza & we were never called & our buzzer never sounded. When we went to the counter to ask for our pizza, it was burned. We asked if they can remake it for us, & also let them know that we waited an hour & were never called nor did our buzzer sound off. The lady at the front desk insisted that they kept calling us but they never did. Aside from it all, my concern was the safety for all the kids. God forbid they left without notice or get kidnapped. The employees here need more training in guarding the door AT ALL TIMES.

Service is amazing, Devin is the most gracious and avaliable host. Management is outside smoking, which keeps the fifth star open. I would mention the manager, but never saw them. Overall great place to bring the kiddos.
