Great place for kids to enjoy and burned all their energy.
The only downside was AC. It was off and no air circulation whatsoever.

The counter staff are rude and it was the manager we asked if we could change the pizza order it was a dumb question I know but still wanted to see the manager answered very rudly like if we where stupid or somthing.

Beware ! While I sat there eating my food the family in front of me noticed they got their phone stolen. LESS THAN AN HOUR LATER my phone also got stolen employees did little to nothing to help us recover them .

UPDATE: THIS CHUCK E CHEESE is right next to a vending machine where you can sell your devices called ECOATM , there will be “customers” pick pocketing for devices to make a quick buck I STILL SAY BEWARE ! And keep your eyes on your BELONGINGS AT ALL TIMES ! The establishment should be aware of what’s happening to help the customers in unfortunate situations like these

They threw away our cake and food even though we left our belongings at the table. Then when we asked for a resolution they were rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. Kaylee was the genius who threw away our stuff and the shift manager was Serena who was mildly more helpful but overall the experience was more than disappointing. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

I Love taking my Granddaughter to Chuck E Cheese but it's to dang expensive. My husband, Granddaughter and me was $81 dollars and that was so she could play games and an extra $12 for her to play in some Ninja game they has added. Really ridiculous.

The worst salad bar ever they have a little to choose from. I would not come here as a first choice for food. Only reason we went is because of the kids games

It’s not the same as it was in the early 2000’s. Everything has a freaking price nowadays and Covid ruined this franchise. The food is completely overpriced and overly greasy. The soft drinks were overpriced too and the size of McDonald’s small cups. Some early 20’s employee kicked my 4 year old out of the trampoline pit so we had to go and buy her a pair of special socks for $15.00. Chuck E. Cheese just isn’t what it used to be. Please don’t disappoint your kids by taking them there.

The food here is great, not many options, but what they do have is really good. The service is good, they seem short staffed and I can see how it would be difficult to manage all the screaming kids and parents but they somehow manage and keep a good attitude about it.

Parking: Tons of parking available.

Kid-friendliness: It's Chuck-e-Cheese so obviously it's catered to children.

Worse experience ever. Me and my sister were at the salad bar when my sister asked if they had more fruit the “employee ignored her and kept filling the trays” . Shortly after I saw another employee come out and I asked him if they had any more fruit coming soon and that when the female employee said rudely “uggh I cant wait for all these people to leave “.(throwing a tantrum )And I told her excuse me I am paying for a service how are you going to say that in front of customers we asked nicely if there was more fruit coming and you ignored us . Her response was I was going to bring it out . Again I responded to her in good manners and said yes but you ignored us you could have answered the question nicely like we asked nicely . At this point I asked to speak to a manager and the gentleman very nicely apologized and said she is the manager. It was way more upsetting that it was the manager treating us this way . I asked for her name and his response was he was knew and did not know her name . She than ran to the back after again rudely leaving the buckets there . Through out the rest of the night she kept on looking at me nasty . Not once was she apologizing.I called corporate but never got a call back . I was there for a birthday party and now will never go back there again
