Came here after work wasn't crazy busy yet the staff was so unorganized unprepared and unprofessional. This location is not what it used to be. Wasted 40 minutes of my time I ended up asking for my money back. Never, ever, ever wasting my time here again. I paid over $60 for food, I wasn't asking for anything for free it's a business but the people that work there don't understand what they're getting paid to do. There's plenty of other fried chicken spots that know what they're doing and appreciate my business.

This was my first visit ever to a Church's Chicken. It was absolutely delicious and the staff was so nice and waited patiently for me to decide what I wanted. I will return soon!!

9:07 pm no more chicken. You close at 10:00pm!!!! What’s the point of even being open for the evening if you don’t serve the food that in your name- where’s the damn CHICKEN . Absurd. Church’s chicken, hire better staff that know how to do their job and not taking home all the chicken when they clock out

Too expensive now for less food😒, they don't include side diches or bread anymore in lunch boxes (it's chicken only w/a jalapeño 🙄) anyway bread is not good anymore.

Just stopped by and the employees said it was closed when it's literally 9:20 pm and closing time is 10pm. MANAGEMENT do something about this. This is not right . I hope the owner sees this so they know why they're loosing so much money and have only 3 stars

Customer service is horrible. The drive thru cashier always has an attitude. Waiting 45 minutes in drive thru is ridiculous. And csshwir doesn't have the decency to look you in the face when handing out food. No wonder this place has such low ratings. Wish management would do something about this location. But they don't care.
I've been coming to this Church's chicken for over 10 years. However, I'm forced to go to Popeyes because they never have spicy chicken. Every time.... for the past 3 years, there's never the spicy option. It doesn't make sense, but at least Popeyes has me covered.

Chicken is always fresh. Love their freshly made biscuits. The mashed potatoes. The jalapeños are yummy! Restaurant is always clean and so are the restrooms. Plenty of parking. Staff is always nice.

Small store but staff is very friendly, it is busy at times so don't expect to make it a quick in and out, but the food is always fresh, hot, and delicious.
So, they close at 9:00 PM, but they stop selling food at 8:40?? If you go in, they tell you that they close at 9:00, so they can't sell you food anymore.
