Friendly service and very tasty sandwiches 👌 Gracias
Great spot for a good breakfast sandwich. Sandwich was made to order quickly. Gentlemen at the checkout was friendly and helpful.
So good! Veggie Bagel was delicious and filling. Breakfast burrito and croissant’wich were good too
Decent liquor, tobacco yes. Has a deli inside. Snacks and fridge. I saw no coffee of any kind. No cafe
Perfect place for breakfast while in town for a conference! They have amazing hot breakfast sandwiches and breakfast burritos and open bright and early! Far speedier and cheaper than a hotel restaurant breakfast, with friendly service too! Try the breakfast burrito and the sausage croissantwich.
The lady behind the counter was so sweet. We really enjoyed our NY sandwich. Only concern is that this location is a liquor store with a deli inside of it. All payments are taken at one counter. If you pick up items from the liquor store side after ordering your sandwich, at checkout, tip is calculated based on your ENTIRE cart. Beware! You should pay for your deli order in a separate transaction or manually calculate tip yourself to input.
Never a bad experience with tremendous service and food!
Superb sandwich, chicken salad on marble rye. One of the best I've had anywhere. It was also huge.
Briefly read the reviews before heading there, it was not disappointed and indeed exceeded expectation. Lady was nice and got us good burritos and avocado bacon bagel.
Love their BLT on a torta

No sandwiches to order 5 hours before close.
Best breakfast in San Diego! It’s always hot, fresh and delicious. I go to a conference for work every year in San Diego and the Gaslamp bagel is something I look forward to every time.
In a word, fantastic! In town for the ALA conference. Needed a close place to grab lunch for the crew and this came up. Walked in - it is weird at first since it's half liquor store, half convenience store, half deli. ;) But man.
From the staff to the food, I can say enough good things. The cashier offered an extra bag for my order and then helped pack it up. No more than a 10 minute wait in the middle of lunch and the Reuben was excellent. Not the best I have ever had but easily top 5. I recommend this place without hesitation. I will add on to this when I hear from everyone else, but my sandwich was perfect.
The food and staff here are amazing! I do a lot of conventions in San Diego and this is our go to place for great sandwiches, salads and wraps. The attendees I recommend this place to always come back and thank me for the recommendation.
The BEST Ruben I’ve ever had! Letty & Lazarus are the BEST. Lazarus suggested it, and I devoured it. You can get deli items, liquor, and other items from here. It’s a crown jewel . I’ll be back while I’m visiting.
