We found this little bakery in a shopping area and we were a little hungry late in the afternoon. They had some good treats and we took advantage of the location. Good stuff.
I WENT TO THE PLAZA BONITA. Cinnabon, NATIONAL CITY, To try the OREO COOKIES. ON TOP OF THE CINNAMON ROLL I wasn’t. Pleased with it they. Didn’t put the frosting on it like NORMEL AND IT SHOULD. HAVE ALSO. HAD THE FROSTING ON IT LIKE NORMAL AND NOT TO MENTION THAT THE OREOS WERE. JUST ON THE TOP WITH NO FROSTING AND I FORGOT YO CHECK IT BEFORE.I LEFT !!!! But it still should have had FROSTING ESPECIALLY SINCE THAT ROLL THEY ARE CHARGING. 8$ for it :/ I Went May 30-2025
Terrible service they gave me a dry old cinnabon and was expected to pay $2.79 for extra frosting when there was none to begin with

Service is bad and hours posted outside store were wrong. It said that it was open at 9am and I waited till 9. When I got into the store a guy (staff) said “it’s close” I said “ well it says that it’s open at 9” and he responded with “oh I forgot to change it” in a disengaged tone and without any further explanation
They are good, good items. But the truth is that I like everything a little expensive but I love them.

OMG so delicious, warm, soft, perfectly baked cinnamon scroll with prefect amount of sweetener with chocolate Coffee good and service great.
Pretty good, Cinnabon. However, their 8 dollar coffee was too much.

Oh My God, OK , SERIOUSLY- This is my dream come true. I hadn't even ever let myself fantasize this mouth watering mind blowing....I have to eat in silence to completely and fully capture each and every aspect of the entire savory experience, and make sure I remember the incredible party in my mouth, no joke....so phenomenal. I never thought to put these together, but at one time or another I've been completely and ridiculously fascinated by each of them separately and visited locations daily for 92day non stop streak Jamba and 31day Cinnabon....totally normal, right?!! Lol ? ?

Their manager makes the place have a very bad atmosphere.
It is very unhygienic, the manager mistreats her employees and does not provide a good environment to eat there.
Bad service, they treat their employees very badly, a lady who I think is the manager, yells at them a lot and is not very hygienic. I don't think it would be a good place to work, don't go.

Cinnabon tastes great, but every time I order on Grubhub they don't include my coffee and they tell the driver I didn't pay! Its an add on for $1! I paid! If that is not the price then change your menu!
