This place sometimes gets busy but they hustle to keep customers fed and happy. We had our son drop a taco as we handed it to him and it all over the floor and had to be thrown away. By then, there was a huge line out the door, I kindly asked for a replacement taco and they said no problem and quickly had a new one made. This is the type of above and beyond customer service that earns them stellar review and lifetime loyal customers. THANK YOU.

This location also has Paletas and flavors change look out for the Mamey! Oh my favorite. Beer and michelada options available while seated

Had a combo of 1 chicken enchilada and 1 fish taco. Both were perfectly on point. Service was prompt and courteous and I got exactly what I wanted even though it wasn't on the menu. Thank you City Tacos!

We enjoyed the shrimp taco but the carne asada wasn’t up to snuff.
On the positive side they were nicely sized. Salsas were good. Guac ok.

These tacos blew me out of the water and the staff was so quick and friendly. The value is insane. For less than $5 a taco these bad boys came STUFFED with delicious goodness. I had the surf and turf and pescado—both incredible with excellent texture and flavour. When they came out I couldn’t believe what I had paid vs the inspired masterpiece in front of me. Some really great and interesting options on the menu—clearly the work of someone with a passion and incredible taste. It made me sad I was full and couldn’t physically eat more than 2 lol. And on taco Tuesdays the beers just a couple bucks. Nice salsa bar too. I could eat here every day.

These really ARE the best tacos in San Diego!!!!! I might never come back to this side of the Continental Divide, but if I do.... please don't run out of Strawberry Margarita :D
