Everything is excellent about this restaurant. I work next door and come at least once per week for the past 5 years. The handmade tortillas are spectacular. Good meat selection, everything is great. The service staff is amazing. The quality has improved over the years. I think these are the best tacos in San Diego.

Such a charming little restaurant! I loved the rustic decor and the cozy feel. I tried the grilled lamb chops with rosemary and garlic — they were cooked beautifully, tender and juicy. The sides complemented the dish well, and the dessert of lemon tart was light and refreshing. The staff was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

Customer service was ok. I think with it being NYE, the workers look as if they didn't want to be there.
I ordered the carne asada taco, chips and salsa, and an elote asado. The carne asada meat was not seasoned well. The chips and salsa were ok. The elote asado was not good to me. It had a sour taste. Which could have been from the lime aioli.
Overall, the food wasn't terrible. However, I dont think this would be a place I would want to visit again.
