Great service and Eli is amazing. The food was perfect. My husband is frying New Mexico and he absolutely loved it.

We used to love going for happy hour and enjoying a little of everything as a family. Now the happy hour is 4 items none of which sound good other than Buffalo wings. The kids and my wife ordered a kids pizza and a BBQ chicken pizza. The kids pizza was terrible. The sauce tasted funny as did the cheese and it was over cooked (black on the bottom). The BBQ chicken pizza was mediocre at best. Due to the quality of the food and the $$$.$$ I can no longer say this is a place I would enjoy taking the family. We wish they had not changed. It was not for the better.

The server was attentive to the little details. The Lobster tail succulent and tender. Lobster mac n cheese is my new favorite. A bit on the pric-eee side but well worth it.

Went in today at about 2 pm. No one at the front. No signs saying to seat ourselves or wait. So after no one came to help us we left.Saw an employee look right at me and nothing.Don’t go here if you want a good experience. Laziness abounds. No wonder only two customers were there. Waste of time and quite disappointing after my bro’s wife recommended it.The one at Grossmont actually cares and had someone ready to seat us.

We have enjoyed this restaurant chain for years. Food has always been consistently good. Enjoyed them for happy hours and dinners. Best for friends conversing.

Fish and Chips were amazing

Manager was rude. Birthday dinner was definitely ruined.

Our experience at Claim Jumper started badly. There app for the menu didn't work and they brought us a paper menu that was unreadable. See photo( black area is my phone shadowing the light). I mentioned the unreadable menu and was told that is all there is. However, once we ordered the food and service were good and I ended thinking overall it was a good experience. Could have been excellent with better start.

As always a wonderful experience. Ate outside in great weather. Food and service were fantastic. Love, love, love tri tip and Mac n cheese! Happy hour drinks were ok. Everything else made the evening complete!

Place is clean and well-staffed. Service is friendly and always very quick. If you order take-out, it's usually prepared fairly quickly and picking up is an easy and simple process. I can recommend the country-fried steak and the meatloaf sandwich.

Good food, decent service. Will be back. Only giving 4 stars because they were not the nicest

Lovely evening with my best guy! Even though it was outdoors, they did their best to make it fun and romantic with pallet walls, white tents and Edison lights. The food and drinks did not suffer. There is now a 3% surcharge due to the pandemic, but honestly, it’s worth it! We shared a full rack of ribs with a salad and baked potato and I had two mai tais and didn’t break the bank

Good time to have afternoon cocktails. Some good in appetizer no longer in the list, happy hour choices very limited. Good outdoor seating.

The service here was absolutely phenomenal!! Not only did our waitress make sure our every need was met but she got my stubborn 9 year old to laugh and smile. To make it even better the manager, Charlie, came out to check on us. He was a ball of energy and made lunch into a wonderful event. He came to every table with a positive, upbeat, charismatic attitude. It was infectious!! He juggled for my kids, laughed with them, took it upon himself to personally go cut my daughter fresh carrots and celery. This was an amazing customer service experience!!

Our server was on point energetic and very attentive. The food was amazing and came to the table quickly even though they were short staffed very pleased with our visit we will be back!
