After traveling over 3K miles to San Diego, it was a huge disappointment at the North Harbor location.
Ordered an expensive steak with sautéed mushrooms.
The mushrooms weren't on the steak.
Mentioned this to our server.
She returns with a Cup of Mushrooms instead of taking the plate back to the kitchen to have the Mushrooms placed onto the steak.
The other dish was served cold.
Clam Chowder should've come first before the meal.

My wife and I returned to Claim Jumpers celebrating our anniversary in Lake Charles. Not only did they not have the salmon on the menu as advertised on line. But service was horrible overall and Management did not seem to care.

So last night I ordered a Philly sandwich and a large order of wings. The wings came dry even though I also asked for blue cheese and extra buffalo sauce. It didn’t arrive. So I couldn’t eat it because frankly the only taste good when you dip it in blue cheese.
