Kind of disappointed that the restaurant didn't have a regular menu on Thanksgiving but then again, they are the only restaurant that was open so we understood. However, the tri-tip was very chewy and the apple pies were awful.

Enjoyed the Tri-Tip , Turkey & Ham meal. Fabulous flavor , Well prepared. Cranberry compote was Juicy and Delicious. Fairly Awesome Value with Great Service !!

I enjoyed Claim Jumper for thanksgiving! I noticed the sweet potatoes were seasoned sweet instead of savory like last time. Love the change! It would be great if they offer Mac and cheese as an optional add on for thanksgiving as well. Great job guys!

Shared the Cobb SALAD, & the lettuce was old and browning. Also shared the lobster Mac and cheese. It was barely warm, and had no cheese sauce. It was like butter noodle. Server was great though

My wife and I went there to have a dinner with our old friend. Despite the fact that there weren't many patrons, the service was very slow. We shared a salad (a Waldorf chicken type of salad), which was a good choice. I ordered a shrimp and steak combo. It tasted fine but wasn't particularly impressive. One of the dishes we ordered had a small piece of metal in a side (rice). The manager took it off from the bill, which was helpful. All in all, it was a decent dinner experience with minor hiccups, which doesn't necessarily make me want to go back.

Poor management when the staff is yelling at you for coming in 15 minutes before happy hour and all you did was ask for a drink.

Place was dirty smelled like dirty mop water. Tables were sticky. Servers were nice. Food was ok

This is the worse place to get service. Came back from a cruise and was hungry. Waited for a host and nothing. There was a line and still no host. Asked for a manager. NO MANAGER. VERY SHORT STAFF. Had tables but they were not clean off. Did not get service. Very little staff and nobody was cleaning the tables. I don’t understand management. Who ever is the manager for this place does not know how a schedule staff for cruise lines always coming in. This is on a port and I don’t get it. Always has hungry customers from the port every day. Do not waste your money and time. Food is crap and the prices are crazy.

We had dinner before going to the Boz Scaggs concert. Our server Ally was attentive and service was the best. We loved the fish tacos that filled us up. The chocolate cake was so good. We took it home to AZ and had it for three more servings. We were sad to find out that AZ has no Claim Jumpers.

Where do I start. We sat at the bar and the woman behind the bar was dismissive, rude and lacked any sort of customer service skills. After waiting 20 minutes to even be acknowledged, she came over asking what we wanted and in the middle of my husband giving his order of a beer and a shot she just left. She did not take me order and we have no idea if she even heard what my husband ordered. TERRIBLE service.

Ordered the Ghirardelli Peanut Butter Reese's Brownie dessert (did not eat dinner there as we had a late lunch) to take back to our room and the big rock hard brownie broke the plastic fork and knife trying to cut into it. I could not even break it in half with my hands. It was AWFUL.

Why would anyone choose to come here? I read their reviews and the 1-stars were all spot on. Oh, and this was the 2nd time in 2 years we tried

We just have to give a big shout out and thanks to the best service/server to ever walk the planet Jennifer you are amazing. You always take care of us every time we come there from your warm bubbly personality to your sharp attentive skills to all the customers in the establishment by yourself, thank you so much for all you do.! Ps I’m glad they gave you two days off lol no one deserves it more than you! But don’t be gone too long😜💕

Sticky tables, dirty glasses and tables not cleared. The food to be fair is OK hot and tasty, but the service is sometime too quick and sometimes ignored so no real consistency. Not really a friendly feeling from the bar manager. Also air con up full tilt so after an hour you feel like a polar bear. The main issue is lack of clean and cleared tables.

Ridiculously slow service complained about how slow the service was. So they made me wait 25 minutes for a drink. And then told me I was being disrespectful and kicked me out.

Good meal for &20 for a 12oz New York strip and a baked potato. Delicious Asian Chicken Salad. Server was on point. Open Table had a $30 dinner that the restaurant Manager did not know about, so was comped a free dessert!
