Wow!!! Food was so good!!!! Clara can cook!! I got the lemon pepper chicken with potato salad and Mac and cheese and she gave me a mashed potato and everything was awesome! I tried my friends peach cobbler and that was awesome too!! And the sweet tea to top it off was great!!! Will be back for sure!!!

Terrible aervice, the food was cold and there was dog hair in my mac and cheese.. never buying anything from a house ever again.

Ros is the nicest ever. This is a home kitchen, and it was one of the best food i ever had, you will be missing out if you don’t try this place.

Very good service, called me to tell me it would be 15 minutes after the original estimated time. The lemon pepper chicken is to die for. If you want to support a local small business while getting incredible food do not miss this spot. Mac and cheese and cornbread are our 2 favorite sides.

Clara’s is exactly the soul food I needed tonight to get me through my day! Ros, the owner, was wonderful to talk to and I’m glad we’ve got a neighborhood home kitchen operation to get this incredible soul food. The greens are perfect.

The shrimp and grits are BOMB

I can't speak to the service or atmosphere as I ordered both orders through Door dash. Baaaybeee!!! The lemon pepper chicken needs to be THEE only recipe. The mac and cheese is amazing and the dressing was delicious. I wasn't the biggest fan of the packaging but with a simple polite request to have everything packaged separately I'm in love. Def will be a repeat customer!

The first time I met Roz..she was very friendly and accommodating..She hasn't disappointed me yet..I've gone 4 times in 11 days..this time I was blessed to try the fried chicken wings, candied yams, cornbread dressing, and the greens..when I say you have never had such an amazing barrage of delicious foods in one setting..A truly unforgettable experience!! Y'ALL must try Clara's Kitchen..trust when I say you'll be glad you did!!!

We drove all the way out there and it's not a restaurant it's someone's house selling food to go. No where does it say take out only

I called to try and see about potentially placing an order. A lady answered the phone with a simple hello in a not so nice tone, I replied is this Clara’s Kitchen, she says really rude like no this is “not sure what she said” I said so this is not Clara’s Kichen she replied in a mean tone I own that. I simply said never mind, there was no professionalism. Why would I patronize a place when she doesn’t care how she presents the business. If you read this you should adjust some things! Also this is home based, didn’t know that.

I almost bit my finger off trying to gobble this delicious food down. Worth every penny. I want to move next door, lol!!!

I ordered smothered pork chops, dirty rice and greens…. AND shrimp pancit!!!! OMG, it was so worth it!!! The pork chop was so tender and delicious! I could cut it with a spoon! The greens were very good too! I was very impressed. I’m from Ferriday, Louisiana and I felt like I had traveled back to Granny’s house! Seriously you must try this place… I’m waiting for them to open now so I can treat myself to some Shrimp and Grits. Nice portions… the Shrimp pancit was very good as well! Thank you for serving delicious soul food!

Wow! Food is amazing! I only tried the Mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, & collard greens. Each were amazing I’m not sure which is my favorite. Perfect texture, temperature, flavor. Highly recommend! Takes a while but it’s worth the wait!
