Came here for a wedding. Beautiful views. Bartender was insanely rude. Brown hair, tattoo on neck. Refused to make my recovering alcoholic sister an NA cocktail. We politely offered to pay full price of drink, sans alcohol. But he said “i don’t know what you cant understand”. Sad.

Be prepared to wait a literal hour for a sandwich. Most places would have gone out of business by now for such slow service, but I imagine most of their customers are one-time tourists.
It's a nice place, but the ad on the share button on the google page sucks. When you're trying to share this with somebody, they gotta watch stupid.Ads before it will come up. And some of the ads are inappropriate

Great food, fabulous service, and the owner, George, was absolutely wonderful to us! We’re visiting from Reno and looking for some good bites in La Jolla and found this place on Google. George made the whole experience with his customer service. He gave us free beer before our flight because he knew we needed it. Do yourself a favor and come eat here!

I love to hang up at the glideport!!! with chance to get a beer and a byte, even better!!! spectacular views!
Stunning view and great music. However, I’m not sure how they can call it a cafe if they only have black coffee. They don’t have milk so if you’re looking for coffee with a view, find somewhere else.
What kinda place has no milk for their coffee
The view is great. The place can get pretty crowded on the weekends and on hot days it might be challenging to find some shade.
The food is much better than your typical landmark cafe and the prices are very reasonable.

The location is what makes this place great. It's nice to sit there and watch the paragliders practice, takeoff, and land. There's a beautiful view of the beach below.
Service is ok. Ordered at the counter and was given a receipt with a number that they will call out when our food is ready is be picked up at the trailer in the back.
Prices are $12 for a sandwich by itself. There were no sides included. I ordered the Chicken pesto sandwich and it was good. Bought an overpriced bag of chips and a small bottle of iced tea too.

You don't go there for the food, you go for the experience and the atmosphere. Drinks were good and it was a fun place to hang out at for a few hours.

Lunch with a rare view! Many healthy options on menu. Relaxed place to toss back a cold brewski, watch the gliders and chill.

Their poor service made me decide never to return to that restaurant, despite the paragliding area being a fun place to visit.
After paragliding, we went to a restaurant for lunch and ordered two hamburger combos. However, even after an hour, our food hadn't arrived, After about seventy minutes, we finally got our burgers, but I was tired and annoyed from the wait. The burgers were okay but not great,

Great view, terrible service. Almost an hour for a small cheese pizza. Extremely unorganized.
