I love their food I eat there everytime

I ordered online for pickup. 2 whole pies paid, and drove 15 miles to pick up. Bag was stapled no labels on pie boxes just a order ticket stapled to the bag with my order CORRECT!! Drive 15 miles back home to celebrate a 70th birthday with the birthday boys favorite pies (I thought) go to put candles on and notice 1 of the pies are wrong! And poked inside and it was not very good. Decided to call to advise the staff of the error. Got a lot of attitude and couldn't get but a few words out at a time. I was asked more than 6 times which pie was missing/incorrect. They then said well how far do you live. Can you bring the wrong pie back and we will give you the replacement. SURE the gas prices are so low I love being inconvenienced and NEVER heard a sorry about the confusion, mistake or error. When we got to the restaurant to return the wrong pie and get the correct one I kindly said can I maybe get a voucher for a free pie next time. NO ON OFFERED A REFUND OR ANYTHING. I was told by a staffer he was not a manager and wasn't able to do anything. So Where is your manager? She is not here. Well get ready Miss Manager bc I'm calling tomorrow and getting a refund and a free pie voucher. PLEASE RE-TRAIN YOU STAFF!!

They have good food, but I fell in love with their pies, I got 4 of them for an open-house dinner and they were great, especially their chocolate cream pie, it became one of my favorites.

First time visiting a Coco's location and was pleasantly surprised. Breakfast was really good and the pancakes were fluffy and delicious. The only bummer was that I got fruit as an egg substitute and the plate was only 4 slices of melon, I was expecting more variety of fruit, melon is not much of our liking. Other than that it was great. Fast service too. The only thing I regret was not getting a slice of pie or a pie to go, they all looked soo good but forgot to get one.

Standard diner chow at a bit higher cost. We had the sampler platter, mac/chz w/veggies, chicken strips w/fries, GF pancakes with eggs and bacon. Reminded me of Perkins or village but the food quality wasn't as good. Prices seemed higher for the quality. ($20+ p/person if you have anything other than water). Won't likely go back. The waiter Hector, however was excellent.

Twice, maybe three times, I've been here, and i keep hopin they're gonna get better. Nope. Wrinkled napkins, dirty utensils, undercooked food. First time was the same, but when we paid for and took an apple pie home, it smelled and tasted awful. I asked for a "well done" steak, i got medium rare to what practically looked "raw". Food was bland as well as the syrup, ("what is this sugar water?"). The only things that had flavor were the pancakes and hot cocoa. Service wasn't great either. The waiter never checked up on us until the bill. (Why does my family keep going here?) Hahaha! Good luck eating here. ?

I wish there were more Cocos in San Diego other than just in San Ysidro, I used to dine at College Ave but that suddenly closed. Bummer. But at least I get to dine in the last of Cocos. Let's hope this place will last life time.

Food was very good, service was fast, restaurant was clean. Food came out very quickly. The pie was great. The fries were very good too, I love french fries that are hot enough to peel the skin off the roof of your mouth lol.

Do not waste your time or money here. First off I ordered a Coke which was completely flat which I then asked to change for an iced tea. Iced comes and it is completely transparent and tasted like water. Toast was not even toasted with globs of cold unmelted butter. Ordered eggs over hard and had completely easy eggs. The tipping point was when I cut into my pancakes and saw raw batter in the middle completely uncooked. No complaints about the waitress she was great, but when i spoke to manager he reacted like he didn’t believe anything I said and just walked away and said he discounted one meal no apologies or anything. When I got the bill I was still being charged for the soda and tea that I didn’t drink. Disgusting place with with disgusting management avoid at all costs.

Horrible service, dirty restaurant. Ordered the Parmesan crusted bacon tomato sandwich and literally got a grilled cheese sandwich. When I asked the waitress she brought me a plate of tomato slices and 2 slices of undercooked bacon. Pancakes were dry. Had to go hunt down my own coffee. Cups had black stuff all over them and the silverware was dirty. If I could give negative stars I would. Definitely won’t be back.
