Great coffee selection, the staff is great, Chris is really knowledgeable, passionate and incredibly friendly. Espresso is fantastic and the pour over options have a great range of flavor. If you are visiting or just in PB this is a must check-out coffee place. A bit small so not for working but they have another location where you can do that.
The service was very good - the baristas were friendly and attentive, which made for a pleasant atmosphere.
However, the coffee itself didn’t quite hit the mark. I had the pour over, and went for a natural Ethiopian hoping for those characteristic fruity notes, but it lacked the bright, lively flavors I was expecting. It tasted a bit flat.
