Lady was so rude. She got annoyed over her making the mistake of hearing our order wrong. eye rolling and stomping away isn’t professional.
then we said we have a rewards phone number with cold stone and said it twice but still didn’t get it right so now i didn’t get points for a big order i placed.
Ice cream was great! The employee working today gave us a local recommendation which was super nice!
They are open now!
One guy working I didn’t catch his name was really friendly and recommended a few places for us to
Go. The ice cream and waffle cone were great.
The dude working at the counter, Leo was genuinely one of the sweetest people I've ever met. Really chill, kind, and down to earth! I asked for a smoothie recommendation and the one he recommended was DELECTICIOUS!! 10/10✨️😎👍🏽
They closed 15 minutes early, they’re supposed to close at 10, but we got there around 9:45 and the doors were locked. The employee saw us and didn’t open the door

Not a fan of places that close 1-2 hours earlier than their schedule says. 3rd time walking up and they close lmao. Insane cause its no where near 10pm.

I ordered a Chocolate Devotion from Cold Stone through DoorDash tonight, and I was extremely disappointed with the quality. Usually, this dessert is well-mixed, and the brownie is perfectly incorporated into the ice cream. However, the brownie chunks in this order were so massive that they weren’t even breaking apart with my spoon, making it almost impossible to enjoy. The texture was completely off, and it felt like no effort was put into properly preparing the dessert. Definitely not the quality I expect from Cold Stone. I’d have given 0 stars if there was an option.

Arrived at 9:50 pm on Dec. 11, 2024.
Walked in and guys said no service.
Me: but it’s 9:50? Showed him time on my phone.
Guy: I can sell you plain Ice cream flavor only.
Bought it and that is why I give service 1/5

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Cold Stone creamery. They had possibly 20 customers and were out of everything! No whip cream? I was very disappointed, I grew up with Cold Stone creamery and I know they do better.

Didn’t like the ice cream. Too much sugar, not your “fresh and better for you” ingredients in a gelato. I guess kids could like it. Not impressed by the flavors selection. Service was friendly tho.

I went to the store - had to wait 15 minutes because staff was slow. Rachel ended up being the server to help me. I ordered my ice cream and told her I had a peanut allergy. She put the scoops down and told me “I'm sorry I cannot mix your ice cream”. I asked her why, she told me they don’t have a stone set up for people with allergies and the best she could do is put my toppings on top. I was annoyed and told her the main reason to eat there is for the ice cream mix. Then I told her that other locations have accommodated me by using a bowl so I didn't see what the problem was and I’ve never had an issue ordering. She told me the best she could do is get my ice cream from the back. I asked for the manager’s name and she was hesitant to give it to me. The look on my face made it clear I was annoyed so Ezra stepped in. He told me he would do the best he could, mix my ice cream in a clean bowl for me. Rachel went to help another customer. A few customers later, Rachel tried to make small talk with me, she turned to me and told me she never heard of Cold Stone making that accommodation. But that point I was already annoyed with her. I asked her what the protocol was for people with allergies and she said she didn't know. I told her that’s concerning since she is an Cold Stone employee she should know the protocol. Ezra made my ice cream . I ordered the gotta love it but he only filled it half way, when I pointed that out, he added more ice cream. That was another observation, when Rachel was making ice cream there was way less than the amount that should have been in the bowl. If the lid is completely clear, clearly there isn’t enough ice cream. You charge customers full price but give half scoops. It was a fluke I was in Old Town and I never use that location, most likely I wont go back.
