Love this place. Everyone here was so sweet. The service was amazing, and they work really fast. And the place is really clean

absolutely delicious and it smells so yummy here. my fav is the almond milk chocolate ice cream bc i cant have dairy. 💕

This was my second time coming to this cold stone location and both times I am not satisfied with my service. It was a young brunette girl and she was did not look like she was working there at all. Her clothing was not appropriate for the work place. Her entire stomach was out. She was also extremely rude and confusing to talk to. The first time I went she overcharged me, most likely because I kept telling her I wanted a type of ice cream and she told me it didn't come in a cone which I replied with I don't care what it comes in can I get one.

I really enjoyed my waffle cone ice cream from cold stone. Yeah it's expensive but what isn't these days?

The server was mad like not wanting to attend us.

Avoid this location. They try to fraudulent add on charges. When I called him out on adding a $1.50 for an extra “mix-in” that wasn’t in our ice cream, he tried to justify it because I asked for an extra cup. We will not be back.

Went to this Cold Stone around 6:00 p.m. A young brunette girl was serving one customer before us. It was not very crowded. She was not wearing a uniform, no name tag. A long sweater that was hanging down past her wrists. She looked like a customer who had jumped behind the counter. After finishing up with the first customer, she walked right past us and went to the back without saying anything to us, not even a "hello" or "I'll be right back." She really needs to find a job that she likes. This one is definitely not for her.

I had to give a star don't go here my shake was water and he defended it full grow never had a shake WHAT JUSE LAYMAN no refund.NEVER THIS LOCATION!!!!

First time having Cold Stone ice cream in years, so I took my father in today to treat him to some ice cream. Nathaniel was the employee that helped us, he was very kind, funny, and he did his job well.

Took kids to the store today. Staff is super friendly. They help me locked the best ice cream for my kids. Ice cream is super tasty and kids were really happy. Glad we are able to support a good local business.
