Horrible service with inconsistent portions of serving. I ordered a loved it that should be a medium size ice cream and when it was prepared the cup was half empty. The same situation happened to my wife and kid. When it was time to pay the server just complained when I ask about the sizes and still charged me for the larger portion ice cream. Not the way to treat your customers.

Took kids to the store today. Staff is super friendly. They help me locked the best ice cream for my kids. Ice cream is super tasty and kids were really happy. Glad we are able to support a good local business.

It was my nephew birthday and I was bringing him for an ice-cream. Upon arriving to shop, he changed his mind and wanted a rainbow pony ice-cream cake. No cake was pre-made with a rainbow pony. Luckily the employee was so creative to make something on the cake to make it sounds like rainbow pony! Thank you!! My nephew was so happy.

I tried very hard to support this local business. I placed a custom cake order on Saturday morning for a Monday afternoon pickup. Saturday evening, I got a message that my order was not processed for a technical reason. I replaced the order Sunday morning, then Monday morning, I got a call that the cake person had the day off.The store owner had plenty of opportunities to make the cake, and telling me the morning of the pickup that the cake maker is off is not acceptable.I am leaving a 5-star review, because Jessica is absolutely amazing. She was able to take one of their pre-made cakes and make something really fantastic. Her passion for cakes and customers is extraordinary. The owner is lucky to have such a fantastic employee.
My mom had an issue when going. The owner was quick to reply to it. Fantastic customer service, friendly staff, great environment and delicious prices. I appreciate everyone who works here especially Jessica! She’s great and I always have a lovely chat with her.
