Their ice cream is the best thing ever I have ever eaten

Save your money and go somewhere else with better value. The prices are ridiculous and they will stiff on something a simple as a small ice cream. I got a small cheesecake fantasy and the lady making it puts about a teaspoon worth of graham cracker crust, 3 blueberries, and 2 strawberries. I asked for more graham crackers and she charged me an extra $1.50 for add ons.

It was over $10 for a pathetic excuse for an ice cream cup. Go somewhere else where they don’t act like each blueberry comes out of their pay

Ordered two cups with chocolate dipped waffle bowls, why do you just give me one??? You want me to share one with my lover and make our relationship closer?
And also the plastic bag handles are actually “covered with chocolate”🍫 have to use napkins to wipe clean the bags…

How about refund me $2.49 waffle bowl? Because it’s a fraud when paying for good and services but not received it.

Me and my boyfriend have been to this cold stone multiple times, the past two occurrences we were super disappointed. Last night we went in 15 minutes before closing. The employee working( brown hair lip piercing) immediately gave us attitude about them almost being closed, had already taken out half of the ice cream flavors to put away, and cleaned the stone top. After a mentally draining day at work I just wanted my go to ice cream and she had put it away. Then when adding the candy she gave us one scoop for a large, then because she had already cleaned the stone top she refused to mix the candy in. The manager needs to find better employees, until then we won’t be coming back.

We went in 15 minutes before closing last night to be met with attitude about the store closing soon the second we walked in the door. The woman with a lip piercing at the counter took our order but refused to make it correctly, intentionally not mixing the ingredients. This is the second time this exact employee has not given us the correct order, and we will not be returning which is unfortunate as we have frequented this cold stone during our time in San Diego. Go to another store!

The store is hidden in a beautiful plaza. One should walk several minutes from the parking lot to the store. They make the large ice cream but it is pricey as well. I ordered a cone but it seems to be put outside for a long time as it is not crispy. However, after buying the ice-cream, there would be a place like a garden for sitting and dine-in pretty good!

Nice Cold Stone location at Liberty Station. We ordered the chocolate devotion and cookies make everything better signature creations in waffle bones which were yummy. The service was friendly and quick. Lots of tables nearby which are dog friendly. Recommend, only ice cream place at Liberty Station I believe.

From the moment I walked in I didn’t feel welcome. So rude and attitude for no reason. It was quiet in there and after I got my ice cream I said thank you and she just ignored me. Waffle cone pieces were stale too.

Unpleasant experience for my family due to the two brunette ladies’ lack of customer service. We were the only ones in the store and no greeting, no smile, and snippy attitude at checkout. The machine prompted me to pull my card and the girl had to give attitude saying I pulled it out too soon. Mmmm just filled the prompts and the transaction went through. Not sure how this location will survive with it being so empty and with employees that obviously don’t want to be there.

Nice welcome from the clerk as we entered the store. The mint chocolate chip in a cup made my wife h very happy.

The ice cream was really good. It would have been good if the outside tables Didn’t have holes But ?

They serve the ice cream so warm that it starts melting going out the door. It will make a giant mess if you decide like me to bring your kids.
