Good ice cream like every cold stone and also very nice staff
A medium being TEN dollars is crazy work
I live in ramona and this cold stone always does the perfect ratio of topping to ice cream I've tried other coldstones closer to me and they don't even compare. Its hard to find people who care about ice cream quality in the other locations. But this location is on point with the mixing and the nice customer service. Wish I could give 10 stars.
This shop is amazing, Every time I go. I go around the last hour every time to catch the night crew! They are so personable, welcoming, kind, and give great service. Some nights they could definitely use one more person working because it gets packed! Nonetheless it hits the spot!
Prices are sort of exorbitant but I somewhat get it given the climate of San Diego right now. The ice cream is top tier.

The worst business I have ever seen in my life. An Indian employee, I think the manager, was making my order and he was doing it without gloves. When I said that, he snapped at me and swore at me. I was shocked. I hope you don't shop here.

Aside from the portions, it’s always been a little expensive. Now that the new wage increase went into effect, they’ve raised the prices and it’s ridiculous. Having your customer pay for your employees because you want to turn a higher profit will only end up shutting the doors to your business. To get a medium size ice cream it’s over $10. Hard pass, especially since the team members generally are not polite, and a little bit of ice cream snobs tbh.
