Aside from the portions, it’s always been a little expensive. Now that the new wage increase went into effect, they’ve raised the prices and it’s ridiculous. Having your customer pay for your employees because you want to turn a higher profit will only end up shutting the doors to your business. To get a medium size ice cream it’s over $10. Hard pass, especially since the team members generally are not polite, and a little bit of ice cream snobs tbh.

Marcos was such a friendly and helpful person, this guy deserves a raise!! Good ice cream place, but for the price imo is not worth it, excellent customer service ?

This location never adds enough oreos to their refrigerated cookies and cream cake. It is basically vanilla ice cream between cake layers and oreos on top. I thought I would give them another try after hearing about a change in ownership but regret it. Will have to keep on going out of my way to the fantastic Grossmont location where they do things correctly.

My friends ordered me ice cream cupcakes as a surprise and they were AMAZING!!!! They were preordered so we just walked in, gave our name and it was ready for us. The cupcakes are in a dark chocolate shell, cake on the bottom, ice cream in the middle and frosting on top. So absolutely delicious. I can't stop thinking about them. The store is located in a busy shopping center but we parked right up front with no issues. The store was clean and we were greeted with a smile when we walked in. Even with customers inside, it was really quiet and felt a little stuffy so we enjoyed a cupcake outside before taking the rest home. I can't wait to get more!!

Went on a Sunday night to pick up my brothers birthday cake last minute. Decided to get ice cream for myself as well. It was pretty busy and did take a second to be helped but definitely understandable since there were quite a few people. The employee helping us was quick making our orders once it was our turn and rang us up pretty quick! The Frosted Pumpkin Bread is so good ? need to go back soon.

Attention to all!This is a place where it is okay to be "high maintenance" with your selection... I'm just saying.... As I blast around getting my "steps" in...in this heat and humidity, occasionally, a refreshing cold ice cream concoction is on point! Coldstone has a myriad of ice cream flavors (20), toppings (45), edible cones (5), non-edible containers (3)...for all to choose from. Based on my extensive math knowledge..., I believe there are...(..thinking...calculating...thinking again and....got it!)....there are "ALOT" of combinations that you can come up with...Now, for me, ice cream wise, I do not waver from the basics...Neapolitan flavors..Chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry...This day, my hankering was combining chocolate and strawberry ice cream whipped together with raspberry and blueberries....I am not sure why, but my first taste causes a reflex, which I can not control..."A single tear of pure bliss and joy...." This potpourri of flavors makes me quite happy and childlike for just a brief moment...Come on down here to Coldstone, find your concoction that gives you this similar feeling.....you won't regret it....I promise. Enjoy

How do you have three employees at the front taking 10 minutes per order on a Thursday evening? Two other were waiting for their order to be taken for about 8 minutes and eventually left without ordering anything. Can't say how the ice cream was since I also left. Get your act together.

Ice cream cake *yum*Reminds me of childhood birthdays and a favorite for celebrating a special someone. This location is in Mission Valley near the iHop and Oggis end of the shopping complex. Parking tends to not be too bad in this part since it's farther from Ikea and Costco. Service was mixed. We were waiting for a while but the cashier helped a couple that walked in to get their cake first before approaching us. They had a good selection of cakes available as well as the usual ice cream and mix in counter options.

Always good ice cream and service at this location. Major props though to the staff on this day. Came in on May 4th and they were piping Star Wars music. Nice and unexpected touch. Only wish they had more flavors. Would be nice to mix in a little pineapple and cherries into a rum and raisin...
