My niece was having her basketball game and I wanted to get her something sweet and delicious to celebrate her game so I decided to get some ice cream cupcakes. They do have app based delivery service which is nice if you are tight on time. The order arrived on time and neatly packaged. Cupcakes were tasty and refreshing on a warm day we were having. 🧁🧁🧁🧁🧁

We went there to spend a bit of time talking with our son. But there was literally one table in there with three chairs and was already occupied by two guys. So we had nowhere to sit and had to sit outside in a filthy area that was freezing cold. I would not return to that store

Ice cream was melted and the staff were very unprofessional.

we came in waiting for 15 min and experience the employee almost burn the blender planty of smoke came out and we never recieved any comment to wait or anything pracrically we were ignored the entired time so we open the door to help with the smell we continue to be ignored so we left very disappointing!!

I went in for a treat and got one. I was over charged for my toppings and then because I have a peanut allergy, they mix it elsewhere in a bowl, so sometimes they skimp on my toppings...yet they always charge you. But the common mixing area was so dirty and unkept I wouldn't want they'll putting my ice cream on it anyway. Then the girl making my ice cream was coughing and touching her face, moving her hair.

Cold Stone needs to set better standards, your employees should wear masks, wash their hands and actually put their hair up in a net or braid. The girl who served me didn't even look like she showered. Either way, I won't go back to this location. Epic fail , Cold Stone....
