Walked into the store and there was probably 10 people ahead of me in line. There was a young lady working and two young men. All three were very friendly and did a good job of making us feel welcomed while talking with everyone there. The kid I had make my order was new (he was abit slower and you can tell he was still learning) but he did a good job of handling his own while more people crowded into the store. The young lady seemed to be running the show but did a fantastic job of socializing with the customers while making orders. Fantastic team and top tier teamwork compared to all of the other cold stones I’ve been to.

Ice cream on point, as always, but I'm giving this location five stars for service. Kylie and Dorian had a line out the door but powered through with speed and smiles. They were polite, friendly, and quick with the ice cream paddles.

Two stars for the original manager who opened this place, he was wonderful and deserved 25 stars. I don’t think he’s there anymore because Every visit after that was a disaster, we try to avoid this shop now. The people who are hired to work here just don’t care. They have an attitude and don’t want to be working. The younger kids who work here have their hair hanging all over your ice cream and don’t know how to greet or thank customers. The older people who work here can’t care less. One of them told me they can’t mix flavors in size medium I explained that every time we came before they gave me three dif flavors, no problem. He refused to and said they won’t do it even in a size large. We left.
Oh and the ice cream is ridiculously expensive! A small with one topping (they charge extra for toppings) was $8. Eight dollars, how?!?!

Ordered online and it clearly said they had silk for my girlfriend who is dairy free. Went there and they said they didn’t have it in stock. I asked for a full refund and they acted like it was a big deal. Could only refund cash too which I thought was weird. Both workers had a very deer in headlights look.

Cold stone always has great ice cream. However, it's gotten pretty expensive. My personal favorite is "Cookie Doughn't You Want Some".
I like the icecream and toppings mixture. They are not giving any taste trial, other brands do. We take a small and a medium all the time and it bills us $15-$20, if we ask extra topping it's $1 each and the quantity they put is less for a dollar. Recommend to select from there menu. The staff are all girls, I would say mean girls lol. They can really improve on service and attitude. They will throw the left over icecream but not put in your cup. I mean stack it up girl.

Ice cream is so nice! So many flavors and each flavor is unique in its own way! I tried cotton candy with chocolate ( yes, I like weird combos) and it was so delicious!! Will go again! ?????
