Cold Stone Creamery

Cold Stone has a wide variety of mix-ins and flavors, but this time it wasn’t really my taste. I tried the cheesecake flavor with salted caramel, and it was much sweeter than I expected. The portion size was also very large, which made it a bit overwhelming to finish. If you enjoy rich, very sweet ice cream, you might like it, but it wasn’t for me.

I've sat here for half an hour waiting for service during normal operating hours, and yet nobody has come out from the back, I could honestly hop back there and make my own ice cream and ring myself up before anyone would notice. Fix this, hire more workers or something, horrible location, especially considering most of your customer base is military and family. This is honestly disgraceful

This place has horrible customer service. I was waiting for a very long time at the register to order a shake and they were taking care of the other customers first. I asked where the line is and the lady with long hair stated that the line is where the ice cream is. They kept looking at me while serving other people instead of letting me know. This is my first time at this ice cream place and I did not see the line. The customers are just all over the place. Ive seen this place before here and the employees are 🤮 I would give a 0 star if I could. Will never come to this place ever again.

I came in at 6:30 pm and they had already "preclosed" the entire place and were about ready to leave. The ice creams were all covered in paper and plastic wrap already and they had turned off the cooling to the stone so the ice cream almost completely melted as they mixed it. I ordered the smallest size and she had to put it into the largest sized cup because it had turned into soup. She acted like it was normal and tried to make up some excuse about how this flavor is just softer. I just refused it and left. I love cold stone but this was very disappointing.

Price gouging in this spot. Cheapest is 9.49

1 star for the delicious ice cream.You pay for the price of convenience. $9 and some change for a SMALL scoop? We paid $17 somethin for a small and a kids scoop, never again.I could buy a pint of Jeni’s at Von’s for $8.99 +tax.

I arrived at 1851, and the store closes at 1900. When I went in to order my ice cream the employee told me that they were closed. Terrible customer service, would not recommend.

So I love cold stone it is one of my few things I really enjoy in life. Today I realized my life was a lie not only did they not remember the size of what I ordered when they realized I ordered gotta have it instead of a love it all Adrian did was swap the cup. I was shocked he didn't even try to correct it or fix the size and still charged me the gotta have it price. The worse part is he didn't even mix it so I had a mostly chocolate ice cream then bottom had the other things.

Service is great and fast but whom may be the pretty girl with thick thighs and stunning eyes? I couldn’t remember if her name was Juliana or not

My wife order ice cream and it came out melted like a milkshake. I told the employee and all he said was "my bad”. I ended up throwing it away.

I come to this location every week. EVERY single week with a friend. It’s a place we go to de stress. Well typically I interact with Karen and she is amazing. Today I interacted with Adrian and he was anything but that. I had a BOGO and on the website it did not show that it had to be the exact same item . I got one signature like it and one normal like it Ice cream. My friend used a bogo and we got the same exact items. It was as Simple as changing her ice cream which was cheeper to what my ice cream was. He did not do that. He was rude & unprofessional. Said he was the manager but I met the manager before and it was not here. I asked his name and he said “ Adrian it’s right here on my hat” in a rude attitude. I’ve been to many cold stones and never ever had anything like this happen.

Very friendly vibes! Tried some great combinations tonight, that were recommended by the staff! Ultimately I went for the peanut butter ice cream and a scoop of butter pecan! TOO DIE FOR!!!!

service is always awesome even when they have a full house. the service was very kind and attentive.
