Love the speakeasy realm of the 52 remedies !
Perfect for a good night out with more than enough atmosphere and service to make it a special night out.
Would suggest planning 1 week ahead to get availability for the reservation.
Drinks were on point, food was delicious and service was sharp.
I am definitely coming back for more

I wasn’t able to try the food but the beer selection was pretty good. Had a lot of sours if that’s what you’re into plus a full bar if you prefer liquor or want a shot with your beer. I’ll have to go back and try the food. Happy hour was $6 beers till 6PM so that’s pretty decent.

First things first comment theory seems to be the spot in convoy area for some great draft beer. Great place to gather with your friends or coworkers to grab a beer or two and hang out the Staff and bartenders are awesome.

As for eating here? It’s all right. I would consider this bar food with all the other choices around in convoy to eat. It wouldn’t be my first choice. We tried the sisig rice bowl and the Bulgogi cheesesteak. I probably ate here twice but I don’t really remember. I just know the recent food I ate was just all right. I couldn’t even finish it. I took half of it home. But if you’re hungry after drinking, I guess I would suggest getting some of the fries?

I would consider this place a good spot for bar food. With a big space. But the main showstopper of this place? Would probably be the 52 realms speak easy make sure you make reservations in advance.

Update 10/1/25 - no more happy hour. ( replaced by a $6’til6pm with only the light beers on
Parking lot is now paid (free with validation from CT). What was once the thriving afternoon happy hour spot is now quite

“My favorite place for happy hour in town! Common Theory gastropub has it all. From a speakeasy whiskey lunge to the best happy hour smash burgers in town. Ca t go wrong with any of the food choices. Beer taps are always revolving so it’s something new every day.
Progressive happy hour starts at 4 Monday-Friday”

Don't fear the prices here.... the food is certainly worth the price. The drinks are delicious & the vibe is awesome; they have a speakeasy [52 remedies] in the back but I didn't feel I was missing out on anything. They have trivia which adds to tbe vibe, classic rock music, great & friendly servers, & I even asked them to give the cook a kiss on the cheek for the scrumptiousness they put out. Great option for a last meal for myself & the pals who are shipping off to military bootcamp tomorrow morning; awesome last meal!

It was a great experience because the girl at the entrance and the girl at the bar took very good care of me, even though my English was not very good, they got along very well with me, they were very friendly, I sat in the garden, the garden is very beautiful, it is clean, I liked it very much, the waitress who served in the garden should definitely be rewarded, I would like to thank her also.

This place was not what I expected when I walked in (think brewery vibes more than anything) but I was so happy with the whole meal. I ordered an old fashioned and the bulgogi cheesesteak sandwich. I didn’t know a Korean style Philly cheesesteak was what I was missing in life, but it most certainly was! The food was great, the service was great, and the prices were extremely reasonable. Come here to try some of your favorite bar foods with a flair that you will love!

Food is decent, a bit overpriced for what you get. Their drink menu prices were wrong. They charged double the menu price for several people in the group. When I asked about it, they told me the menu price is for 1 oz, but a drink has 2oz. The bartender told us that they would tell owner, but the waitress previously told us people do complain about it. So seems to be their normal practice to overcharge.
