A cute place, but honestly had a really bad experience I’ve been there two other times and it’s been good, the girl who took my order was friendly and sweet. My coffee was bitter and they forgot to add the vanilla which is fine they took care of it, second they forgot my food, then after my friend was done eating I go t up and asked about it, the guy who helped me asked for my table number and I went back to the table and they had taken it when they left my friends food so I went back and he said he would send it out. Note I did request no onions on the bagel, I always ask because onions are horrible lol, the bagel had onions and honestly just kill me at this point because 3 times getting up at this point I looked like I work there just hand me an apron. The yard sale across the street was cute bye

A simple small oat milk latte is over $8! The most expensive coffee shop in SD so far! Not sure if the ambiance worth the crazy pricing!

Coffee tasted watered down. Filled up my cup, and didn't even put on a lid on it. Lids are less than 10ft away.
Simple batch brew of the day, black coffee. Not that good.
There menu seems extensive, so might be some good stuff. It's ok for regular coffee.

Cute environment for socialising and working.

Tried the matcha and chocolate croissant and was pleasantly filling. Would go back with friends in the future, however only down fall which isn’t on the staff or anything but to the customers. I had a weird encounter of a couple groping and touching one another as my table was facing theres which put me off the environment slightly as i was there with family. Besides that highly recommended!

Caramelized bacon english muffin sandwich was the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. Gorgeous space, friendly staff even when busy, and excellent food + espresso

It's kinda giving liberal coffee shop in LA. However, the cafe had a very cute interior design and wide assortment of available indoor and outdoor seating, despite how busy it was. They even had an aesthetic outdoor patio area. Unfortunately, like LA, their food and drinks prices are fairly exorbitant, especially their food.

This place has definitely gone downhill overtime. I've noticed the prices go up in the quality reduced on some of my favorite items I've been ordering for a long time, especially takeout. I guess I'd rather just get coffee / food elsewhere for cheaper.

Parking: They have 2 short term spots which are generally always taken. Street parking is often unavailable in the surrounding area.

The perfect place for remote workers. Their coffee is one of the best. Whether you seat inside or outside you will enjoy the vibe.

Such a cute little spot! Love the vibe and the connected flower shop, would love to come back and bring work to do. The workers were nice but mostly minded their own business. The place was filled with families and people doing work, a very friendly and lively environment. I ordered a matcha lemonade and an everything bagel with cream cheese and added lox. I would have gotten a matcha latte but with a milk substitute and sweetener it would have been too pricey (oat milk is extra and there’s different pricing for ceremonial matcha and regular matcha which I was a bit confused about?), the matcha lemonade was delicious and refreshing, would get it again! The bagel was really yummy but the presentation wasn’t amazing. The price of added lox was not bad at all and it was very yummy. The portions are small for other things like their croissant sandwich, and with the price it should have been a bit bigger, delicious but very small. I ended up buying myself a pair of earrings, they have such a cute little shop and the jewelry is mostly gold filled! The girl who checked me out for my earrings at the retail register was very friendly. I’ll be back with my friends!

Super cute place to study and work from! The coffee, however, is definitively on the sweeter side with an artificial after taste to it. I'm sure they have better options but the two coffees I've tried so far (the macadamia latte and golden cost) were not enjoyable.

I really want to love this place, but every time I pick up a to-go order, the consistency just isn’t there. The portions and presentation seem to change each time, which is frustrating—especially when you're paying $20+ for a food and drink item.

On my last visit, I ordered the ricotta toast, and it was completely different from when I had it a week prior. This time, it was overloaded with blackberry pieces, almost like they were trying to compensate for the lack of ricotta. To top it off, I got the end piece of the loaf, which is a no go for me.

I never dine in because the staff interactions have been pretty dismissive. There’s no eye contact, no greetings—just an overall unwelcoming vibe. That’s why I stick to pick-up so I can grab my food and go.

The food and drinks can be great, but unfortunately, it feels hit or miss depending on who’s working.

I'm a local (1 block away). I normally make my coffee, so it's a treat to go out and buy it. I've lived here for 6 years, and the service is hit or miss. Today, I was embarrassed for the batista. She was rude to her fellow employees and condescending to customers. When customers would leave, she would complain about the questions she's tired of answering. I get being grumpy sometimes, but if customer service is your job, do not get a job where you will be around people. 🤔

Let me start with the bad.
The service was not good, they’re very obviously understaffed, and struggle to balance foot traffic with online orders, which results in skipping simple orders… such as a croissant, which for $7 I would hope would have come out in a decent time frame, the coffee itself was a solid 15 minute wait which is to be expected to a degree, the coffee however was in fact delicious and well made, no complaints there at all.

I’ve been in this lovely very modern meets rustic establishment for about 30 minuets and my only solid complaint is I am left croissant-less, and feeling mildly ignored by the staff, and counting my $7 as a loss.
