I arrived 5 minutes before closing (1:55) and they already had turned off the coffee machine and oven, so I couldn’t buy lunch. You should be able to sell the things on the menu until closing time. Very disappointed.

I loved this place and went here often. The iced latte and matcha are great. The food is inconsistent. Soups are often more salty than other shops. Yesterday the tomato soup made me upset (compared to many cups/bowls I had before): the bread was not warm, was dry, tasted old, and looked like it was used to clean a dirty pan/dirty oil. The soup was very salty and had a non-fresh color like usual. I hope they’ll treat the food more consistently and carefully because everyone deserves healthy and fresh food.

After waiting for 10 minutes with nobody before me, I was given the wrong sandwich and told they were sorry. I work in the office park and had no time left on my lunch to wait for what I actually ordered. Luckily I am not vegan as that was the sandwich I ordered.This is what I paid $10.50 for. One piece of thin sliced roast beef, cheese and arugula.Definitely not worth the time or money.

Perfect coffee/cafe addition to the Kilroy Centre Del Mar complex. Great micro-roasted coffees and pastry selection. Outdoor seating that wraps around the back of the coffee shop.

I ordered from the Copa Vida web page for pick up. The address listed on it's website for this location was incorrect (whereas Google has it right).Coffee was good but the bacon brekkie was not good (the bread was burnt and the egg was not fresh scramble eggs as stated on their menu)

Why is Copa Vida popular? Not just at this location, but everywhere, the coffee is okay but not great, and the food is okay but way overpriced.

This place was really hard to find at first due to google not having the exact location. It’s behind the parking garage between two office buildings. The cashier was really nice. The pastry was tasty and the veggie brekkie was a great breakfast sandwich. Iced Lattes were exactly what we wanted.
