Good Spanish food and from Spain, so I know my food. Service very good too! I recommend this place if you want to try food from Spain

Ask if there's seating in the back patio, it makes the experience way better! My family and I ordered a number of things on my menu but a few that I highly recommend - SHRIMP & GARLIC BACON WRAPPED DATES POTATOES SHARABLE TAPPAS We also got the sangria which I don't really recommend because it was really watered down but if you're into wine then you should definitely go for a glass! The service was amazing; they were super quick and welcoming.

beautiful ambiance and delicious tapas were unfortunately overshadowed by the service. the evening was marred by our server's unprofessional behavior. We faced an awkward moment when our server insisted on a cash tip instead of processing it on a card. While the culinary experience and decor were nice, the evening could have been significantly improved with more professional service.

Delicious food and great service. Waiters were great and on point. Th outside area was perfect for our two little ones. Our reservation time suited us well, we were the only ones sitting outside for awhile but we were comfortable and cozy.

Have been here a few times, but only during happy hour, which is the best time to go! Happy hour is only on Wednesday and Thursday until 6, but it is worth it to make it during that time. Prices are very good, much cheaper than at dinner, and a nice selection of tapas are served, along with a very good sangria. If you want to stay for dinner, they do serve paella, which I hope to do sometime. Be sure to sit on the little outside patio, very atmospheric.

Amazing Spanish tapas. Service was great but terrible parking options. Get the anguillas, it's a Spanish delicacy and you won't regret it.

This is the place we bring our out of town guests for an unforgettable experience. The food is consistently excellent for the past 8 years, when we first moved to SD. The servers are all highly experienced. There is very little turnover and it's nice seeing the same faces on every visit. We order the same plates on every visit, and it never disappoints. Highly recommend Costa Brava. Note: There is outdoor seating in the back garden when the weather is warm; it's lovely and a bit quieter back there.

My friend from Spain said that she thought it was okay food but my less refined American palette loved it!

Our favorite. We always go here when people are in town. Patio dining is the best!!!

Huge fan of this place. Have been coming by here for years. The entrance gives it a private feel and the environment is something you would find in Spain. The food and service is really good. I love the bacon wrapped dates. Tapas style food.

Costa Brava is fantastic in every aspect! The restaurant staff is attentive, proactive, and welcoming. The atmosphere is lively and enjoyable. As for the food, it's truly outstanding - we particularly loved their grilled octopus, tasty clams, and delicious mixed paella. Booking ahead is a must, and I highly recommend it!
