As a frequent patron of Costco, I've always enjoyed the convenience and affordability of their food court offerings. However, my recent experience left me deeply disappointed and frustrated, prompting me to share this cautionary review. Upon arriving at the food court for lunch, I was met with an unpleasant encounter with one of the employees, an older lady who exhibited exceptionally rude behavior. As she called out orders, her demeanor was anything but welcoming or courteous. Instead of polite requests, she barked orders at customers, lacking even the basic courtesy of a "please" or "thank you." What struck me was her utter lack of respect and professionalism, exemplified by her demanding attitude towards customers disposing of their trash. In today's society, where inclusivity and respect for all individuals are emphasized, encountering such blatant rudeness was not only disappointing but also unacceptable. While I understand that people of all ages work in customer service roles, it's imperative that employees uphold a standard of behavior that reflects positively on the company they represent. Age should never be an excuse for rudeness or poor customer service. Regrettably, this encounter has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I've made the decision to no longer patronize this Costco location. It's disheartening to see one employee's behavior tarnish the reputation of an otherwise reputable establishment. In conclusion, I urge Costco management to address this issue promptly. Whether through retraining or disciplinary action, steps must be taken to ensure that all employees, regardless of age, adhere to the highest standards of customer service. Failure to do so risks alienating loyal customers and damaging the Costco brand

I would ask my mom to come here with family

It seems like the racist attitude of employees that check your receipt at the door has made it's way to the food court. I ordered two new cookies and a slice of Pizza. I was excited to see that the cookies just came out the oven. They are hot!! They called my number and the guy putting my order together grabbed the old cookies that had been sitting from the last batch. I asked if he could give me two hot cookies. He looks at me and says they are all the same...he said it with such hate and Anger. I simply wanted hot cookies. He didn't have to talk to me that way. He rolled his eyes at me and snatched two hot cookies and my slice of Pizza and slammed them on the counter at me. Really!!! Next white customer comes up annnnnd he is nice to them. I have also notice when I order a whole pzza...they ask for my receipt and ask me for my phone number. White customer come up give their name and walk away. Sooooo tell me what this whats the difference. Oh I know....White customers are treated better than Black and Brown customers. Read the other reviews. I called and spoke to a manager about my treatment....he said...Your the only one that's complaining. I said, have you read the other reviews? He ignored what I said. That's right..COSTCO...ignores different racist treatment of it's customers by it's employees....yet again.

Costco food court employees are ruthless. One of them is screaming numbers where as the other one is whispering numbers. My number was whispered so I obviously didn't hear it with the 60 other people surrounding the area. I go up and ask and the whisperer had MAJOR attitude saying, "I've been calling your number" and tosses my food at me. Christ lady. Get a new job if you hate your life so much.

It’s like most Costco food courts but during lunchtime, it’s super crowded. I regret coming to this one. Never coming back for lunch. A lot of the machines tend to be down to. Just not a fun experience.

This review is for the Costco food ordering area. Although I didn't have a Costco card to scan, I wanted to quickly grab a drink for my crying child in the car. Despite explaining that I work in partnership with Costco in the auto business, bringing cars for their display, there was no empathy. The staff insisted I needed a specific card to get a drink. I suggested options like using cash and waiting for the next person's card to make a transaction or keeping my transaction aside for me to return later with the required card. Unfortunately, there was no flexibility, and I left disappointed, as I expected better customer service from Costco, known for having one of the best customer service standards.

Food was excellent! Also one of the employees named Kaleb was very professional and polite to us as opposed to some of the other employees there. He was able to get us a fresh slice of pizza because my pizza was cold and kind of old, while the other guy told us to just get a refund. Great job Kaleb!!!!!

this is the most dry sandwich I’ve ever had!!!! & Costco food court is known for good prices but this sandwich is the most expensive thing on the menu! For $9.99 I rather pay a local deli and have consistency than deal with how different the food is each time. This is the 2nd time I’ve eaten it and every time there is no tomato/onion/sauce!! Just dry meat & bread with a 30 minutes wait. Quality control has definitely gone down.

If you walk up you wait over an hour plus. They are currently 100 numbers past mine and not ready yet. The people are miserable and girl working gives hella attitude when i'm being nice.

Good food, but you literally cannot get anyone on the phone to call in a pizza. Tried calling for 20 min straight and nobody would answer. Very frustrating

Costo food court is awesome but this location never answers their phone! 5th time this has happened, phone rings and rings and they never answer. Every time I need to pick up pizza I need to walk up to the register to order. And this time it's not the dinner rush so I don't know what the excuse is. The last time I spoke to another gentlemen who's been having the same experience.

The dogs are still $1.50 so 5 stars it is. Seriously- even McDonalds cost more than this nowadays. They have a new system where you can order from the kiosk and they call your number. It takes just a few minutes to get your order ready. Whole pizzas can take a while, so make a plan to either come early or call ahead.

Avoid paying with cash. A certain employee likes to keep your change and pocket it. Apparently there aren’t any cameras on or near the register which is very convenient…
