I was introduced to this restaurant by a friend years ago. They have been consistently one of my favorites. I generally get a Carne Asada burrito and rolled tacos. Always taste great. Just recently moved back into the area and can't wait to visit.

Have been coming here regularly for a while. Good service and food, the kids like it. It can be hit or miss but for the most part there is pretty good consistency and the food usually hits the spot. They are better than the other well-rated local taco shops IMO.

I got 2 things at cotijas… Carne asada fries, or a hash brown burrito 🤤 The hash brown burritos were honestly the only thing that kept me and my friends going back for years though. I do keep hearing that quality has gone down a lot, and that sucks.
