First time here, I have standards on latin cuisine. Being half Hispanic and growing up on my Abuelas cooking. This place was delicious, good food and vibes. Food dishes are big so come hungry, my eyes were bigger than my stomach but the surf and turf burrito is like 13 inches, by 4 inches wide, so your getting you moneys worth, I couldn't finish it but great flavor and balance of everything. I'll be back

Showed up at 850 and was told all they can do is rolled tacos because they shut the grill down but they close at 9pm. I’m
Only leaving this review for ownership to know they are just closing early to close. Not cool. If you close at 9 close at 9. If sales are to slow before 9 update your hours now I have upset kids that can’t get the food they want.

Who says you have to eat tacos or burritos only at a Mexican Food joint. The ceviche here is Delicious! The staff very friendly and service is always amazing! Definitely recommend.

Cotijas Taco Shop is one of my go-to spots for authentic Mexican food.
The place is clean, the staff is super friendly, and the vibe is great.
Their salsa bar is awesome — they have habanero, red and green salsas, pickled onions, limes, jalapeños, and more. All fresh and well stocked.
The tacos and burritos are always hot, tasty, and filling. Definitely worth coming back!

We stopped at this place for dinner and we were not disappointed with the quality of the food. The portions and the taste were great. The carne asada fries were amazing. We will definitely go back next time we are in town. Highly recommend this place.

Had a great lunch at this location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had 3 rolled tacos with cheese and guacamole. Lots of cheese, like I make them at home. Delicious. I think these were the best I've ever had. Cheese quesadilla was grilled perfectly and had a good amount of thoroughly melted cheese. They even put a little bit of shredded lettuce and pico on the side. All this food was even served on plates, not paper or Styrofoam containers. Love it!! This is my new favorite Mexican restaurant!! Oh I loved the stools and counter at the window so you can look out at the shopping center instead of being limited to the interior view.

Incredible family owned taco shop, friendly staff, fire food, quick service and full salsa bar. I ordered the adobo fries and spicy carrots. Highly recommend, and those carrots bite back!
