1ST TIME HERE WANTED TO TRY A DIFF MEX SPOT BESIDES COTIXAN IN CLAIREMONT. MY BUSINESS IS DOWN THE ST FROM HERE. GOT A SAN DIEGO BURRITO WAS HUGE AND IT WAS DELICIOUS. THEIR MENU IS DIFFERENT MANY CUSTOM BURRITOS WHICH WAS DIFFEFENT FROM OTHER MEX SPOTS. ONLY THING THAT BOTHERED ME WAS ON RECEIPT SAID $1.25 TEMP BEEF ADJUSTMENT BUT WHY DONT THEY UPDATE THEIR MENU? THE FOOD PRICES CERTAINLY NOT COMING DOWN ANYTIME SOON IF EVER. MY BUSINESS HAS A HUGE SIGN SAYS 5% CARD FEE IF U WANT TO AVOID THAT PAY CASH ITS THAT SIMPLE.

Ordered a breakfast burrito. Potatoes, eggs, cheese and beans. Got it back with potatoes and sour cream, was charged more when I went back. The cashier (younger girl) seemed bothered I had to come back. I repeated it back to her 3 times and in Spanish. I received the burrito back with the wrong items and they kept the sour cream in. I’m allergic to sour cream, at the point I’m done asking for it to be corrected. Super frustrating to pay $15 for items you didn’t ask for.

The main guy there is absolutely amazing and nice. The food is great. We just moved close by and have tried many different Mexican restaurants. This is our favorite spot so far. Today I got the birria quesadilla and it was so delicious. Try it with the birria sauce and sour cream.

I have given this place several try’s due to its proximity to me. I will not be returning though. Out of the 5x I’ve gone, they’ve gotten my order wrong 3x. They repeat the order to me correctly, then give me the wrong order. I don’t eat red meat, so I ask for chicken meals, and they give me carne asada instead. I end up giving away the food I paid for and having to make/get something else. Very disappointing.
