Ordered a shredded chicken burrito, essentially got a rice burrito with a few pieces of chicken for $12. Threw half or more out. Waste of calories and money.

I have been buying from this place for about a year. Since I am not Mexican, I can’t really comment much on Mexican food itself, but I want to draw your attention to a few points:

Unfortunately, the employees at this restaurant have never been trained and they seem to think this is some remote village in Mexico where they can treat customers however they want.

Instead of installing a speaker system or a digital display to notify customers when their order is ready, the management has told the staff to whistle at customers. As if the customers were animals or dogs. Now imagine if the customer were deaf — maybe they would throw a rock at them to let them know their order is ready (lol).

If you take a look at the reviews, you will see the huge number of complaints people have written about the food quality, service, and staff behavior. Interestingly, the management has never even bothered to apologize or respond to any of those comments.

That means here the customer is never right. Now imagine what the situation might be like in the kitchen — where no one can monitor how the food is prepared and cooked!

The decision is up to you, but I’ve shared my opinion. This was the last time I bought food from this place.

I have just recently discovered this place (like a couple months ago) and I always get a carne asada quesadilla or carne asada fries. food's good but the customer service is in pretty rough shape. Today I was there and when the guy called us for the order, by the second or third time he *whisteled* at us, his name was Don I believe. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. (also do not get the chicken quesadillas they are horrible!)

I’ve been a regular customer here for a long time, and the Supreme (veggie) burrito used to be my favorite. Unfortunately, the quality has really gone downhill. The burrito I had recently was tasteless, and I can’t understand why they started adding cilantro inside—it completely ruined the flavor.

This used to be my go-to spot, but after this experience, I don’t feel like coming back. Really disappointing to see such a drop in quality from a place I once enjoyed so much.

It's not fresh cooked. They put the meat in a plastic bag and then put the bag into a microwave. I am sad because I know that authentic taco places cook the food on an actual grill. This place needs a rebrand.

Staff were rude, they gave us a side eye. Just because we wanted to sample their aqua fresca’s . Which weren’t authentic . we decided to opt for fountain drinks. Options were trash and not full of variety and the soft drinks were watered down I would never come back and drinks Not worth $10 for two drinks.

Worst place to eat. I ordered a shrimp burrito. Charge me almost $15. It was full of rice but nothing else with 3 shrimp and you can't even hold the burrito. The way they make it disgusting

I received spoiled menudo from this place. I was told over the phone that I could come back and exchange, by the way I have chronic pain and back issues. I traveled all the way there the next day, the employee I spoke to was not there. The customer service I received was laughable. I was told I could not be helped, I could not get a refund, I could not get new menudo, that I cooked it incorrectly (I have been to this place multiple times for menudo, not sure why this time was different. It wasn't.) I have never received so much attitude in my life. There are a lot of great mexican food restaurants, do not come here.

what a shame used to love the place but guess ill just keep the memories last couple times ive given it the chance its either been half raw or over cooked to get me out in less than 5 mins I get the idea but I dont mind waiting for my food at all if it means its edible. Rock hard fries layered with sour creme and guacamole. Not sure if you just assume im drunk coming by at 3 am everytime and just will eat anything but its ridiculous how downhill this place has gone over the years. Ill miss it but if im already paying almost 20$ for some fries and meat I would like to be able to somewhat enjoy it.....
