We had our family visiting, and we always try to take them to places to impress them, Craft house definitely did the job!
We were all blown away by the whole experience!
Their burgers are a must try, super juicy and flavorful, we also had octopus for appetizer which was delicious and cooked to perfection!
Cocktails, they don’t just look amazing, they taste even better, we all enjoyed our choices!
The atmosphere was super vibrant and welcoming which made our experience even better.
Manager Tammy is super sweet and definitely care about her guests, she definitely made sure we were happy, and added that personal touch that made the visit feel special.

I left pretty bummed today after stopping Here. I met a friend there to catch up over a beer and placed my food order via phone. After waiting 40 minutes without receiving my order, I went downstairs to check on the delay. I was told the kitchen was still waiting on the fries. After an additional 15 minutes, some dude brought my food to the table. However, instead of offering any apology or explanation for the delay, the guy placed the food down abruptly and walked away without a word. The interaction felt dismissive and lacked basic courtesy, which was disheartening. While the sandwich was decent, the overall experience was disappointing due to the lack of communication and professionalism. I had hoped for a more positive and welcoming atmosphere, especially given the reputation of your establishment. I hope you’ll take this feedback into consideration to improve service for future guests. Thank you for your time.
It happen to be one of the few places open at 11. Food was decent, nothing to write home about. Portions were great as was service .

The Shrooms and Truffle Burger is amazing! The flavors are so delicious. I’m usually more of a fries instead of a salad person but the house salad is actually just as good!
I can’t wait to keep working my way through the menu, there are so many things that sound amazing!
Now that's a burger! The SHROOM + TRUFFLE BURGER stole my heart. It's everything I'm looking for in a good burger. The unique ingredients on this special burger made me so happy. It was cooked perfectly and it was delicious! It's the kind of burger I will crave and think about often.
They have more burgers too, but this is my dream burger: a half pound of amazing beef and a delicious bun...mushrooms, smoked gouda, onion jam, truffle oil and garlic aioli. Swoon.
If you love burgers, I would definitely give theirs a try.
I really miss when this place was really good. When they were sharing a space with a bar in North Park, they were 100000x better than they are now. Their burgers were amazing. Their garlic parmesan fries were transcendent. I used to take all my out-of-town guests there to introduce them to the best burgers in the city.
Now, they’re disgusting. The burgers taste completely different: far greasier and more processed than they did before. The garlic parmesan fries are embarrassing — they don’t even use real cheese anymore! Everything is a pale imitation of what it once was, and I’m mourning the loss of a truly great burger joint. They got cheap and lazy, started to cut corners, and it definitely shows. RIP Craft House. You did it to yourselves.

This was the best food we’ve ever had. We had a hamburger, lobster bisque soup and a club sandwich. It was just incredible.!!!!

There was a nice Sunday afternoon breeze on the outside deck as we enjoyed our brunch. My Oaxaca old fashioned was cooled by a crystal clear cube of ice. The Tequila spiced up the classic cocktail. My hash was savory and the eggs a perfect sunny side up. The potatoes outnumbering the meat was a little disappointing.
We plan to return soon.

Needed to make a review for the manager who not only comped us drinks for asking us to move seats but was very welcoming and enthusiastic about making sure everyone in the establishment was enjoying their night. Great drinks and great customer service - will be back soon.

Unfortunately, the menu doesn’t cater to Vegan and Gluten Free and don’t let the V confuse you it actually stands for vegetarian. I mentioned vegan multiple times to the waiter and he never corrected me then he tried to gaslight me into saying he let me know the Risotto was vegetarian when he did not otherwise i would have never ordered it. It wasn’t until i was almost half way done with my plate my stomach let me know this definitely has dairy. His attitude was also not the best. I do not recommend this place for service otherwise atmosphere was great. O also my sister tried to order a well done burger and sent it back bc it was not well done the second one the sent was not well done either.
Dietary restrictions: Not friendly to dietary restrictions and will actually get attitude and gaslit for asking

Great craft cocktails. Good vibe and very attentive staff. I had the short rib poutine and the not so basic burger with truffle fries. Overall food was OK just not real memorable. I would order other things if I were to go back.

The reason I'm giving this 1 star is because of the female manager, she had brown hair and an accent, she was talking so poorly to one of the servers my wife and I felt so uncomfortable we just wanted to hurry to get out of there. Ruined our meals. Doing this in front of the customers is so unprofessional! Besides that service and food was great. As a piece of advice to ownership -- let go of that manager, the way your staff is treated reflects onto your business greatly.

A friend and I decided to eat here after a movie. We sat outside on deck. Chairs a bit uncomfortable. Took awhile for waiter to come out and to get water. I ordered the Tamarind painkiller drink, which was very good. I asked a waiter about something on menu, he said he'd go ask but never even came back. I ordered blue dream burger and sweet potato fries, my friend got fish n chips. We had to ask for napkins and forks as there were none on table. I asked for a side sauce that never came. The flavors were good but burger was so greesy it just dripped everywhere, I could only eat half. The sweet potato fries were a little soggy and limp. The waiter never even came back to ask if we needed more water or anything else, until we were done. ? we won't be going back.
