Creme de la Crepe is amazing!! We were only in San Diego for two days and luckily I found this place on day 1. The server (I wish I had gotten her name!) we had was incredibly kind and helpful and even gave us recommendations for where to catch the bioluminescence while there! And the food was so good we went back the next morning!

My husband got the chorizo hash and it was absolutely amazing! We eat chorizo a lot at home and have never had it the way they cooked it. We ordered multiple other items and were happy with everything! Our two year old wouldn't let us get a bite of the pumpkin waffle because she enjoyed it so much. Our 10 year old said the crepes were the best he'd ever eaten and was a big reason for us going back the next day!

Lastly, the owner is so kind! He took the time to talk to us about each of our meals and share his really cool story about getting the place. Even more impressive, we ordered some of their darling handmade earrings (I opted for the cupcakes), and was sad when we realized we left them on the table! We called to confirm they were there and were debating whether we'd have time to go pick them up before catching our plane, but the owner remembered us right away and offered to mail them to us! Such amazing hospitality and service. We will 100% be back when visiting San Diego and will tell our friends about Creme de la Crepe!

This is such a nice and sweet place, and a young couple own and manage it. He is artistic in his work and his crepes are heavenly. This is our second time and they were very nice (equally nice to people with a slight accent that is refreshing). Strongly recommend it.

San Diego’s Crème de la Crepe is a true gem in the neighborhood. It has such a great atmosphere, incredible service, and the food is nothing short of delicious. 1000% recommend stopping in for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or even dinner! And they regularly run great promos too.

A great variety of food and drinks! Everything I’ve had here is absolutely delicious. Outdoor seating great if you’re dining with a dog. If its a nice day the window will be open too! Has great morning alcohol options too if you’re looking for more than a coffee pick me up (which is also great here). The presentation of the food is as good as it tastes! Staff is super friendly and welcoming as well. Also has some such a cute selection of earrings for sale as well. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Awesome laid back local spot to grab a bite to eat. The breakfast is my favorite with a great selection of either sweet or savory crepes and other traditional items to add on the side. The environment is warm and welcoming with the owner, Sam delivering genuine service with a smile! I come here every time I find myself in hillcrest! Check it out!!

The service is slow and the steak hash was okay. They also did not allow me to redeem my offer for a free crepe. Would not recommend.

Strolling along on my first visit to San Diego, this place was the right choice. I didn't look it up, I just found it on my walk. Brunch was excellent, I had an omelet, that was delicious. The staff was very friendly and Sam came out to see how I was doing. Cute space with open windows and French themed decor

If you're in Hillcrest, do yourself a favor and stop by this place. Your mouth will thsnk you. It's one of my top 2 places to eat in Hillcrest, San Diego. Love this place. The food is always fresh and delicious. Small place with huge heart. The crepes are sweet and savory. I don't have a favorite because it's all really delicious. Really! They make you feel right at home, too. Chef Sam came out to see if I was enjoying the food, and the young women there were just as kind and welcoming. I just can't remember her name.
