Delicious, nicely flavored. Excellent wine list. Get the sauvignon blanc from Vale de Guadalupe.

The service was very good. Everyone were attentive. The food was Okay. I'm Latino from Ecuador and have been making services for over 40 years, with that said, some services that we ordered were good and others a little bit bland. The portion of food for the hot dishes were very small, almost a la carte size. Plus, the food were pricey. My wife ordered a strawberry lemonade, they forgot to sweetened it. The bathroom needs work, very old and there were no hand soap and no paper towel to dry my hands. I don't think we are returning to this restaurant again.

My new favorite place! Red snapper cervicje was amazing. Udon noodles with scrumptious large prawns, sauce is the bomb - swoon!

Crudo Ceviche & Oyster Bar is a great spot. Welcoming & chill vibe, friendly & attentive service (Thank You Alonzo & team), solid wine list, and a delicious menu. Our favorite bites are their Salmon Otoro Tostada, and their Aguachile Campechano Ceviche.

This is absolutely fantastic! The food is amazing! Great selection of oysters and ceviche!

Absolutely horrible experience. Only 1 umbtrella for a table for 5. It was so hot the entire dining experience was awful. Also, each of the 5 entrees came out at a different time. So bad. 2 of the 5 were done eating before the other 3 got their food. The last guy got his food finally and all the other 4 were done. Lastly, the food was barely warm. The kitchen clearly has no clue what they are doing. Overall very bad experience.

The taste of the food was as expected, not so much the presentation nor color freshness compared to pictures on yelp. We came here primarily for the uni, but I think the freshness of the uni/urchin wasn't all there. I've had fresh uni prepared in front of me with the bright yellow hue. Here it was a dull grayish yellow hue. The presentation of the uni didn't resemble what I expected from pictures on yelp to reflect the price of the food nor the proportion given to me in the dish. Sadly I couldn't hear myself think because of the mariachi band was so loud. Took my gf here for her birthday and she had a migraine so the music didn't help at all.

Another great meal at Crudo, offering the best ceviche in the desert. The cocktails are delicious and the service is very relaxed and comfortable. The best part is still the delicious seafood which is creatively prepared. Can't wait for my next outing to Crudo!

Don't waste your time or money on this place. Food was subpar and service was non-existent. Train your staff and up your food quality. There's too much competition in that area to not be providing an experience. We won't be returning.

My fav little spot to visit for lunch whenever I get into SD. The loaded oysters, I had both styles, and Catch of the day was delish and filling.

Side note: If you are on GLP-1 user or have a smaller stomach, this is a perfect spot to fill up and not feel over-stuffed. Catch of the Day is my recommendation.

Crudo Ceviche & Oyster Bar – Little Italy, San Diego
June 2025

Overall: 😻/5 –
I’d barely wiped the tears from missing Ironside’s 5pm happy hour when Crudo welcomed me in like a long-lost cousin—with smiles and a happy hour that stretched graciously to 5:30. Bless ’em.

Rosé – $8
🌟 5/5
Chilled like a front porch in springtime and just as refreshing. Fruity, bright, not too sweet—gave my mood (and outfit) the lift it needed.

A Dozen Oysters – $1.50 each
🌟 3/5
Now listen. I don’t know where these oysters came from—and honestly, I’m not sure they did either. Half had suspicious thick white bits near the root that threw off my taste buds…. But that house-made mignonette? A redemption arc. A bit flustered there wasn’t horseradish, but for the price? Still steal.

Shrimp Cocktail – $12
🌟 5/5
I expected poolside shrimp and cocktail sauce. What I got was nearly ceviche—10 plump shrimp bathed in bright tomato sauce, chilled with cucumber, avocado, red onion, fresh tomato, and attitude. Absolutely delightful. Would reorder without hesitation.

Citrus Yellowtail Tostada – $22
🌟 4.5/5
A beautiful tostada that came seared, citrus-kissed, and plated like it had a secret. Savory, fresh, and elegant. The white sauce leaned towards mayo, which isn’t my belle of the ball—but it didn’t ruin the dance.

Truly warm, attentive, and unrushed. They turned a missed happy hour into a happy accident. It’s giving ❤️

Amazing food and incredible service. Recommend using nearby valet service during peak timeframes but completely walkable. Our server was informative and so kind. Great experience overall!

Favorite seafood spot in sd. The quality of the food is top tier, flavor is on point every time and service is the cherry on top. The menu is filled with unique items, so many that I would say it's nearly unlivable to have a single favorite item on there. Highly reckons to any seafood lover.

Increible experiencia, marisco muy fresco, tostada Tuna Tataki, Bluefin, Two face. Lista de vinos Increible.
