it was okay, more overpriced than what it's worth, the carajillo was perfect, food was just alright thought it was lacking in flavor
What a great place. Our waiter was fantastic, and the soft shell crab taco was a definite hit. I feel in love with sauce for the raw oysters. We will return this trip.
Helpful waitstaff to maneuver the incredible menu. We chose a table on the outdoor patio, so there was a lot of noise from the street, but we wanted to enjoy the San Diego weather. The seafood was fresh. Ordered the Gochujang Creamy Udon, which was incredibly delicious.
We made reservations and were excited because we heard good things. However, the server didn't tell us the oven was having issues (totally understandable) until after we ordered drinks and were there for a while so only the cold menu was our option. We were hungry and felt that was not right. When we told another server/manager as we closed out he said next time he'd take care of us and to let him know. I've worked in many restaurants back in the day, and you always make it right then and there. Needless to say, not the best experience and the oysters were just OK.
Service was incredible, our favorites were the aguachiles verde and the ceviche de atún. Definitely recommend this fantastic spot!
Came here during happy hour and it was amazing! Super cute little place, simple but chic decor.
We had the tuna bites, oysters ($1.50 during happy hour) and 2 tostadas which were so fresh. All the seafood there is fresh and very tasty so well worth the happy hour pricing. $35 bottle of white or $8 glass during happy hour.
Attentive staff and super friendly. Def recommend checking it out!
Happy hour is 3-5:30pm, $1.50 oysters, they had food menu that ranges from $9-12 during happy hour and wine beer or sangria ranges from $8-15

Fresh seafood, yummy drinks, nice spot to people-watch and enjoy the weather if it’s not too hot!
BUT… If you’re used to big oysters and crab legs, don’t be disappointed with the portion sizes. Try to avoid sitting in the outdoor patio area (it smelled slightly of urine, which our server explained was due to the homeless population).

Though the service and atmosphere are nice, overall it was pretty average food. Not sure with so many options in Littlw Italy that we'll visit again.

My good gawd... this place is INCREDIBLE, or should I say... InCRUDOble. Absolutely amazing crudo. The fish is fresh, the crab claws are amazing, the sauces are perfect, the ingredients are well balanced. Literally, this is an immediate favorite. The ceviches and tostada options are bountiful. I was so pleasantly surprised by this place. 9.5/10

Crudo had been on my list for a while and I was very excited to give it a try. However, my group and I left feeling slightly disappointed. The food was high quality, but was not anything spectacular. The drink options were a little underwhelming. The service felt a bit abrasive and suffocating. The menu also was a little confusing - plenty of great raw bar, ceviche and aguachile options, but also an entree section that didn’t seem to align with the rest of the menu. Maybe it was just an off night?

Really enjoyed this first visit to Crudo. We shared a soft-shell crab taco, two face tostada, red snapper ceviche and gochujang udon. All the dishes were flavorful, well seasoned and beautifully presented. Portions were on the small side overall and the prawns on the udon were quite tough, but the creamy/umami sauce goodness won me over anyway. Looking forward to sampling more dishes and some cocktails next time!
A very nice place, friendly service, good recommendation on food and drinks.

I have lived in Little Italy for almost 4 years now. Have tried every restaurant here and Crudo is my favorite. Great happy hour, great service and great food. Make sure to try the aguachile negro and the scallops.
