The service was very good. Everyone were attentive. The food was Okay. I'm Latino from Ecuador and have been making services for over 40 years, with that said, some services that we ordered were good and others a little bit bland. Crudo Ceviche & Oyster Bar is a great spot. Welcoming & chill vibe, friendly & attentive service (Thank You Alonzo & team), solid wine list, and a delicious menu. Our favorite bites are their Salmon Otoro Tostada, and their Aguachile Campechano Ceviche.
The taste of the food was as expected, not so much the presentation nor color freshness compared to pictures on yelp. We came here primarily for the uni, but I think the freshness of the uni/urchin wasn't all there. I've had fresh uni prepared in front of me with the bright yellow hue. Here it was a dull grayish yellow hue. The presentation of the uni didn't resemble what I expected from pictures on yelp to reflect the price of the food nor the proportion given...
